This Dunkin’ is run by very nice folks. I often order boxes of coffee & hot chocolate for events. They are always ready with my order, friendly, helpful and kind. They even recognize me. Has a nice neighborhood feel.

Before they renovated the coffee was nasty and even after the renovations it’s still nasty! The coffee there has a very stale taste to it.
Also the lady at the register is not friendly, I always feel rushed when I go to order

Was not greeted at all, instead server was nasty saying he saw me but did not take my order because he was busy making one cup of coffee. The new people who took over got rid of the baskin robbins and have abysmal customer service skills or none at all. I have been going there for 18 years i will not go there until they change this crew to either the crew that was there or another.
