Although the bagels are good they are very expensive. 9.00 for 2 bagels with barely any cream cheese. Ar least put a decent amount of cream cheese on the bagel. This is the 4th time this has happened. I will not be back as there are many other bagels places within 5 mins.

The bagels & food are good which is the only thing that keeps me coming back. I am always leaving disappointed because of the poor service. It’s hard to get through to them on the phone. I’ve been hung up on & my order has been taken wrong over the phone as well.
Love coming here, they are very fast, the workers are friendly, and the Taylor ham egg and cheese never fails. The bagels here are amazing, I love them with the scallion cream cheese. Pricing here is great too, rarely does it exceed $10 making a trip here even more worth it. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Walked in excited to try this place for the first time. We placed our order and the woman taking our order was texting on her phone half turned away from us. We also bought coffee, but they didn’t bother to tell us that they were out of coffee. They gave us iced coffee instead but it was probably the worst coffee i’ve ever had anyways. Overall, we felt unwelcomed, and the staff displayed zero customer service skills. I say this as someone who works in the business as well, and as someone who barely writes reviews. We felt so disgusted we didn’t bother to stay to eat there. At least the food was good, but I will not be coming back here.
