I regret to inform you that my experience at Jersey Mike's on Sunday, October 6, 2024, was extremely disappointing. I arrived at 8:39 p.m., just before the store's advertised closing time of 9:00 p.m. However, upon entering the establishment, I was abruptly informed by the staff that they had already discarded the bread for the night.

This situation raises several concerns. Firstly, if the store was no longer able to provide its signature product, it would have been appropriate to lock the doors and cease operations for the evening. By allowing customers to enter and then informing them that the bread was unavailable, the staff created unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

Secondly, the unprofessional manner in which the staff communicated this information was unacceptable. Shouting "nooooo!" upon my arrival was not only startling but also demonstrated a lack of respect for both myself and other potential customers.

As a result of this experience, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment. Not only did this incident waste my time after a long day of work, but it also resulted in the loss of my patronage and that of my partner.

I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future, thereby preserving the reputation and customer satisfaction of Jersey Mike's.

Great veggie sandwich!

Ordered 2 mini subs ( for kids ) They were very rushed , but not patient so l didn’t want to question the young lady when she was adding the toppings . She had a don’t bother me vibe . This was only my second time in a Jersey Mike’s. I have been only to the one in Jupiter , FL and it was busier , larger more crowded yet , the behind the counter staff was much more pleasant.

Florham Park Jersey Mikes is a good stop. Always clean as a whistle, and always a great sandwich. We really enjoy JM’s tuna along with the Italian classic combos, the turkey & provolone, roast beef and cheesesteaks. The salad bowls are terrific too.

I love the owner gets behind the Jersey Mike’s philanthropies too. They are active fundraisers and donate a significant amount of their profits each year to some very worthy charities.

Had a wonderful experience at this Jersey Mikes. I am a trucker and wanted a quick and easy sub for the road. Employee Thomas I believe his name was — very nice young man. He made my meat just to my liking and guided me to my spiritual sandwich journey. To say the least, I would trust Thomas with my life with the way he handled my sandwich.

Went on a Sunday not long ago in the morning and was greeted by two really nice kids. Made my food well and were very respectful. They definitely earned their tip. Coming back again, the quality and service here is better then the New Providence location.

Ordered (3) subs. Only two in bag. Uber driver said they’re not allowed to check bag due to Jersey Mikes policy? I tried calling but there is NO phone service. After spending $5 tip, $3 rush charge, and service charges I had to go to the location to pick up third sub. The mgr and the team never apologized. Imagine? I asked how the driver didn’t check? They said they can’t? It’s jersey mikes policy? Why on earth would there be this policy? I hired someone to pick it up! Oh, and when asked why there is no phone they said because they’re in a basement? Landlines don’t work in basements? They knew of the issue and haven’t found a solution? As I walked out I asked the manager why they never offered an apology? And it’s not Ubers responsibility to check the order. He then said while looking down “we are sorry.” Sad. I’ve been going to Jersey Mikes down the shore and they’re fantastic. This one seems to only be intrested in getting as many orders as they can. With so much competition I’m surprised they take this attitude.
