Went on a Sunday not long ago in the morning and was greeted by two really nice kids. Made my food well and were very respectful. They definitely earned their tip. Coming back again, the quality and service here is better then the New Providence location.Parking: Lots of spots

Ordered (3) subs. Only two in bag. Uber driver said they’re not allowed to check bag due to Jersey Mikes policy? I tried calling but there is NO phone service. After spending $5 tip, $3 rush charge, and service charges I had to go to the location to pick up third sub. The mgr and the team never apologized. Imagine? I asked how the driver didn’t check? They said they can’t? It’s jersey mikes policy? Why on earth would there be this policy? I hired someone to pick it up! Oh, and when asked why there is no phone they said because they’re in a basement? Landlines don’t work in basements? They knew of the issue and haven’t found a solution? As I walked out I asked the manager why they never offered an apology? And it’s not Ubers responsibility to check the order. He then said while looking down “we are sorry.” Sad. I’ve been going to Jersey Mikes down the shore and they’re fantastic. This one seems to only be intrested in getting as many orders as they can. With so much competition I’m surprised they take this attitude.

Go there almost every weekend. Good to go early as it gets quite crowded around lunch. This place moves quickly when they are getting hammered with orders. They do a very good job at this Chatham location.

Fast service, great ham and swiss with oil and vinegar. "Ya can't beat it with a stick!" Well ya could, but why, better to enjoy eating it, with a Mountain Dew! Delicious!
