I was early in town and decided to try this eatery for their bagels based on mixed reviews on Google
I ordered a whole wheat everything with garlic and herb cream cheese and a coffee.
Bagel was extremely salty (probably one of the saltiest bagels I have ever tried) and there was not much flavor in the cream cheese
Coffee was ok.
Service as expected and they were courteous
Based on my experience here and at another bagel place a couple of miles away in Madison, I would rather drive to Madison.

They only put cream cheese on one side of the bagel.

I watched as the ladies in the front prepared food with no gloves then handle money then go straight back to handling food with no gloves without washing nor hand sanitizer at the very least. I will never return.

It seems like I've been going to Noah's for 20 years. It was and continues to be one of the best hagel shops in North Jersey. Everything bagel with los spread. Delicious. ( They open at 6:00 am and the bagels are still warm) They women are great and so is the coffee.

We stopped at Noah's on Christmas day because our regular bagel shop was closed (oven was broken!). Noah's saved the day. They had plenty of onion bagels and although not my regular spot it was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and the line was short.

Decent place. Food was good although way too much salt on a regular onion bagel, it was covered in salt. Aside from that, I would eat here again. Service was quick too.

Mom and Pop bagel shop with a warm energy to it. Traditional New Jersey bagel shop, they have excellent bagels. I like their Western omelette but they're hash browns that come on the side not so much. You'll see the owner sometimes and he's a friendly shop keeper. Staff is courteous and the overall ambience is that if a traditional deli. The cream cheeses are kept in a display case so if you have an allergy to anything in there, like fish, you can't have. Overall great little spot with excellent bagels.
Vegetarian options: There are veggie friendly options like omelettes without meat, pancakes, waffles, bagels, and other bread but I'm not sure what oils are used nor do I know their cross contact information.
Parking: Large parking lot. You might have to walk a bit when it's really busy and there's only spots farther away

Staff was friendly. Clean area inside. Kitchen apparently closes an hour before the shop. We got there at 2pm and wanted a bacon egg and cheese sandwich but were told the kitchen is already closed and that the store closes ar 3pm. Only a 4 star review because the bagels are very small so the price of $7 for a toasted egg bagel with lox cream cheese spread isn't justified.
