What an absolutely amazing experience at Serenade Restaurant in Chatham, NJ. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and treated like regulars. The hospitality was truly exceptional.
Our server, Ethan, went above and beyond—his knowledge of the wine list, drinks, and the menu was impressive, and his service was warm, attentive, and effortless. Everything about the evening reflected stellar hospitality.
We usually dine out in NYC, but Serenade has officially earned a top spot on our list. Thank you, Ethan, for such outstanding service. We will absolutely be back💖with friends!

One of our favorite restaurants! The food is always amazing. We have had Thanksgiving dinner here for the last 4 years , unfortunately, this year we were not able to get reservations and ate somewhere else .
I have posted pictures of last year’s Thanksgiving. I have to say that this is the best place to go hands down ! Especially after the disappointing Thanksgiving meal we had elsewhere.

Thank you to the entire Restaurant Serenade staff for making our 1 year anniversary dinner a night we will always hold close to our hearts. Everyone at the restaurant was so welcoming and warm hearted, every bite of food took us on a beautiful journey. The food was inviting, fresh and one of a kind. A lot of preparation went on creating each dish and it shows tremendously. The drinks my husband and I ordered were fabulous and paired so well with the food. The restaurant vibes were amazing and my husband and I had our own corner table. Our experience was romantic, beautiful, unique and unforgettable. Also, the restaurant went above and beyond to celebrate us. We are so thankful for a wonderful night of celebration. I would recommend Restaurant Serenade to everyone, it is an experience everyone should have. Thank you 🙏

Service was like a bad diner. Courses of food came out 2 minutes apart. Never asked if we wanted coffee or an additional drink. $80 a person prix fixe plus tax and tip, you got to be kidding me. The food was good, but tuna was over cooked.

We hosted our daughter’s baby sprinkle there and could not have been more pleased! Aside from truly delicious FOOD, we were thrilled with the service & the staff! They were all so lovely and a pleasure to work from start to finish! And, the ambience made for such a warm and inviting experience. The pictures in all of the rooms were stunning! We are so appreciative to the folks who helped make our celebration so truly special & memorable!

Went here for an anniversary dinner. The food was great with fair portion sizes, and the service was excellent. You can feel the attention they give you throughout the experience.
The staff was very nice as well, supporting our anniversary with drinks to start and a cute dessert at the end, by the way we talked it seemed like they cared.

Wine was quadrupled in price from a retail store. Tuna tartare was very skimpy. Rack of lamb was ordered medium and came out rare. Peach cobbler was the highlight of the meal. I’m not a chef but my rack of lamb is trimmed better and cooked to the correct temperature. All it takes is a thermometer. Very adequate meal, definitely not worthy of a special occasion.

A very purple, modern feeling French-inspired restaurant. Breads were good, cauliflower appetizer was a bit on the burnt side, but short rib tortellini was good. Pasta for the main (black linguine, blue crab, lobster tomato broth, had a few shell pieces in it) was ok. The brussell sprouts needed a bit of either salt or maple syrup, was mostly just grilled veggies without much taste. Overall, had better, but a good spot to try a few things.

My husband and I went here for the first time last weekend and were overwhelmed with everything! The food was so delicious and beautifully placed. The service was impeccable. Our only regret is that it’s so far my where we live.

Poor execution on a tasting menu. Some of the courses were really good (pumpkin soup) but the main course did not impress. Some of the sides and vegetables did not seem cooked to order, tasted saggy and heated up. Wine pairing was great. The food overall wasn't bad but did not match expectations. I went for my anniversary and was looking for something special. I expected the food to be above average of a US restaurant but it was not.

One of THE BEST restaurants in NJ! People were so friendly, service was great and fast, cocktails prepared with high quality ingredients, and steak was better than many high end steakhouses!
