I felt like we were being rushed to order so that we would be out of there quickly and the table being available for the next seating. Since it was known that it was a special.occasion I didn't appreciate that. I'm spending $300+ and be rushed. Not to my liking.

Scalini Fedeli provided the most beautiful and special dining experience for my mother and my daughter. The manager, Dan, went out of his way to make their celebration most memorable and special. Dan even made sure that the server brought a gelato course between dinner and dessert, which they loved.
My daughter said it was the finest dining experience of her life; my mother raved about the ambience, the service, and the food. Of special note was the soft egg yolk raviolo, the truffle ravioli, the crispy banana tart, and the mascarpone and ricotta torte. Each dish was elegantly presented and delectable.
They both got the red snapper. In hindsight, they wish they had ordered different entrées so that they could have experienced even more of the exquisite cuisine. They will do this next time, because we will all return again and again for special occasions.

I had made a reservation at Il Mondo Vecchio online on 12/20 for NYE 12/31. I received a message on 12/31 telling me my reservation was canceled. This was my only plan for NYE. I called the restaurant in a panic and they were unable to accommodate me. Marco at Il Mondo Vecchio went above and beyond and made accommodations for my party at Scalini Fedeli. Dan the manager gave me a call from his personal cell phone and told me not to worry - that he would make everything just right. Well he certainly did. Not only is he a total gentleman but the food, the night and the service was beyond perfect. Both Marco and Dan are true professionals. Thank you both for a truly special evening.

Our server Dan is exceptional, he is our guy now. The food is absolutely ridiculous and this is a MUST try spot. The portions are huge and the fixed price of 70$ PP is amazing. Food for the price is 10/10. Please go here and visit I promise you will not regret it.
