I really don’t leave bad reviews but my visit here a few days ago warrants one. I agree with what others have said about the service inside of the store itself. I ordered ahead and was completely ignored while waiting for my order. After 20 minutes of waiting and my simple iced coffee still wasn’t ready, I said something and the girls who were there were like “oh sure I’ll make it for you”, which implies they never even looked at my mobile ahead order in the first place. Just a very frustrating visit all around. Would not recommend this location at all.

Just close the inside of the store?

If you're going to completely ignore your walk in customers you might as well just lock the doors and force everyone to drive through. No line inside and 15 minutes to get 2 coffees. Never coming back.

The store is going down in customer service and overall store maintenance. It takes forever to order a drink during rush hours, flies hovering on drinks and in the sitting areas is so common these days.

There was a woman at the drive-through window who was super nice and then someone yelling over her shoulder at me because I had in between getting my order placed at the microphone and the window. Got a call from my mother who was in the hospital to see if I could get her a tea. I merely asked at the window if it was possible they could’ve just said no, and instead the man scolding me that they don’t have decaf tea and me about how I couldn’t order at the window. I’ve never had an experience like that at a Starbucks let alone this one and I can’t believe how rude he was. I said merely that my mother was in the hospital with a brain injury, and I was only asking they could’ve just politely said no instead of trying to give me a lecture about asking at the window. I won’t be back. Lectures are not necessary. Simple no is all that is needed. I will not be back to the location.

Nice people but Isn’t this supposed to come with cold foam?? I didn’t say anything when I got it bc I thought I was wrong but then I went to look at the app and it comes with cold foam.. what a rip off:( $6.66

Why isn’t the drive through open? I’m a handicapped person and why say you have a drive through and then put a sign in the middle of it so no one can access it. There’s no construction and your menu is lit up. I drove out of my way because it had a drive through and instead I had to get out of my car and come in.

Shout out to the entire staff for picking up the overflow from the disastrous Madison location for months. Especially today Christmas Eve, Madison decided not to open and this Chatham location was EXTREMELY overwhelmed. .the wait time was long but could not be helped. The volume and traffic were at epic levels. The staff remained calm, diligent, and completely focused on making sure everyone was being served. They worked so hard and were so polite in an unequivocally difficult situation.Everybody who worked today deserves a huge bonus!

Pathetic service!!! We ordered some coffee and had to wait more than 20mins. When we enquired on the status, the manager Mark could not care less. He opined that you should expect to wait more than 20mins at a Starbucks.......c'mon mate, which world are you living in? Extremely slow service in spite of tipping them generously. They seem to care only for the drive thru customers while the in store customers are left neglected. Never again to this place.
