We used Andreottis to cater our wedding on the battleship NJ. As they have a list of only a few caterers you can use we checked them out and were very pleased with them after having a tasting and talk with Maryann. I want to say out of just about everything that was an issue and a fight with everyone else that was part of the wedding planning and set up etc. Andreottis was the biggest positive and best part of the whole experience. The staff catered to us as if we were the only people they were worried about and made sure we were taken care of 100%. We even had Maryann there to be sure everything went off without a hitch and was always attentive to everything we needed or our guests. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone as the food was amazing let alone how perfect they were in everything they did. These people know how to run the show. When we went for the tasting and discussed the wedding day/night progression maryann was so informative with everything it's like she was a wedding planner and she was correct in everything as far as our timing for everything. Did initial call with Melissa, who was the rudest rep I have talked to while planning my wedding. From the begging of the call she didn't really ask for what I wanted, went straight to what will be done. Some of direct quotes were "traditionally cocktail hour is served AFTER the ceremony" (that was response to my saying I want light cocktail hour before ceremony, while guests gather); "that will be 7.5 hours and traditionally weddings are 5 hours so I'll have to upcharge you" (talks about upcharging kept coming up even though I didn't ask to keep it within any budget); "I'm not changing how I serve food" and my favorite "I'm trying to understand what it is you want because IT SEEMS LIKE YOU'RE NOT SURE YOURSELF". Jaw dropped... I kNOw what I want, it just doesn't fit into her "traditional" way I guess. Also, she promised an estimate in 2-3 days, it has now been 10 days and I haven't received anything. Wouldn't go with them because of Melissa's attitude anyway, can't have someone like that around on my wedding day.

We are big foodies so we were super excited that of their food was so delicious during our tasting. Our guests were absolutely raving about our food, the crowd favorite was definitely the pasta station during cocktail hour! The staff was wonderful, especially Melissa! Andreotti's catered our wedding at Eagle Manor on 10.19.2024. Working with Melissa and Marianne was so smooth and easy from start to finish. They were always eager to reach out and answer our many questions.
The experience started with a tasting at their commissary kitchen. Melissa reached out and explained the whole process and helped us set it all up. We tasted a bunch of their food and were extremely impressed with everything we tried! Melissa ended up spending several hours with us at our tasting answering all our questions and detailing out how the day will run from their end. This made us so comfortable and we were so excited!
As we neared the wedding, we were in communication with Melissa and Marianne weekly to coordinate final details for our special day. They were again so patient and eager to make sure everything was perfect!
Marianne was the lead on site on the day of the wedding, and everything went absolutely perfectly. Our guests raved about the appetizers from the cocktail hour and were just as impressed with the buffet dinner. All of their staff, servers, and bartenders were so kind, professional, and did such a good job.
Working with Andreottis was fantastic, so smooth, reassuring and comforting from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend to everyone!!!

From the beginning, the event coordinator Melissa had a terrible demeanor. She seemed very entitled and spoke as if she was doing us a favor. We called last Saturday and was able to schedule a tasting but there was miscommunication. I thought the tasting was for Wednesday but she called my partner and they agreed on Thursday. I was unaware so I called them myself and she told me they couldn’t do it Wednesday and had to do it Thursday instead. I know specifically the only day that doesn’t work for me is Thursday so I asked if they could squeeze us in today if not we’re gonna have to reschedule. She says, “look, you need to understand that we’re not a restaurant, you can’t just come and go”. I never implied they were a restaurant nor was I just going to come in that Wednesday, that is the reason why I gave them a call. I believe that comment was uncalled for and just supporting the fact that she wanted to feel superior. Then at the end of the phone call, she says “we don’t even do wedding tastings this time of year, we’re squeezing you in” I understand that they are busy but the way she goes about speaking is very demeaning and entitled. I wasn’t upset because I couldn’t get in for a tasting, I am upset about the way she speaks to me. I was calling to make sure we had the dates correct, not to demand a tasting that Wednesday. Then the next morning, I spoke to another caterer and I left Melissa a message to let her know I would like to cancel the tasting but she calls my partner instead of me. I thought that was very inappropriate because I’m the one who left the message and I’ve also left my number in that message. Therefore, this individual went out of her way to seek my partner’s number and call him to confirm. Her actions basically implied that my words are of lesser value. I believe from the beginning, she was just entitled and inappropriate.

Ordered Andreotti's Catering for my wife birthday. I picked the food up myself ( HOT pickup, i.e. food is prepared right before your pickup time ) Pickup was easy and everything was ready at the agreed time. We had about 11 people attending our party. All food was truly amazing! We had 2 salads, 3 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 side dishes as well as pastries tray. I ordered small portions of each dish and at the end of the party we still had enough left overs to eat for over a week.
Definitely will recommend and order again in the future

In particular, theirs was the best vodka penne I've ever had, hands-down! :-) And the server we hired through them was fantastic! She was incredibly professional, experienced, and so very pleasant. She kept the party flowing smoothly from start to finish and did a stellar job with setup and cleanup. I will definitely look to Andreotti's for my next big party!
