Had apps they were delicious. Our waiter was excellent. Very friendly and personable. Good guy.
Our waiter, Serge, was excellent. The food was delicious - steak salad was super; loved the crème brûlée dessert.
BRIO Italian Grill was a great dining experience with excellent food a great service from our server Frederick. We enjoyed the salad and the lobster starters, the special with salmon and shrimp, scampi, and the lobster and shrimp fettuccine. They have an excellent wine and drink list selection. However, the wines are extremely high priced and I would hope that they would make available something. That's a little bit more reasonable than $50 a bottle for a Chardonnay. Still it's an excellent place to dine and we will most likely return in the future if in the area.
Had a party of 6 for a fairly slow restaurant but it was at 5 on a Sunday. 1/2 the food was first completely wrong then when they brought out the correct food it unfortunately just was not good at all,
The waiter hardly spoke English and took our order completely wrong He isn't firmilure with the menus. We used to go there from Atlantic City because it was one of our favorites. We really were looking forward to a good meal. Will think twice before returning. Sadly
The service was very good and the food was good too. A bit overpriced for the portions etc.
Not good. Waited a long time for my table (even with reservations), waited a long time for my food (which was mediocre and expensive).
Love the fact that the children's meal came with a nice side of fruit However in the past when i order my grandson chicken tenders kids meal it never came with it. And i had to pay extra money to get him some orange sluces from bar. He lives fruit and happy this time it came with it
excellent food and drinks it was a crowded day due to Mother's Day so service was a bit slow but it was understandable
Brio in Cherry Hill would be wise to stick to what they do best—Italian classics. Brunch on Mother's Day was unenjoyable. Waffles were cold, hard and burnt. Eggs Benedict was dried out, the canadian bacon tasted and looked past it's prime. Service was slow and inattentive. We had a reservation for 7 and were seated at a table for 5. I spoke to a hostess and she advised me to steal the two chairs we needed. Really?! Brunch was also absurdly overpriced for subpar food. We were so disappointed. I can't recommend Brio for brunch and certainly not on Mother's Day.

I know it was Mother's Day, but the server wasn't pleasant at all. I didn't mind the wait for the food because that was understandable. Dishes also didn't come with everything that they said.
My friend and I have found the menu at Brio to be very much to our liking. While we have experienced other restaurants removing simple items from their menus, Brio has them and we find them to be wonderfully presented and extremely tasty. The service has been excellent. We have been served by a waiter named Lucus several times and find him to be very attentive and pleasant. We also find the atmosphere to be very suitable to a relaxing evening or late afternoon meal with a friend.
Food was very good as was our server, but the ceiling was actively leaking on a table right next to us to an absurd degree...and it went completely unnoticed by the staff. Looking up at the ceiling, there were multiple areas of ceiling peeling and large water stains. Not sure why it would be in that bad of shape in such a visible area. Despite being relatively empty for a Friday night, it took a while for the food to come out, but like I said it was hot and tasted good. Not sure I could recommend the restaurant if pretty critical maintenance like a leaking ceiling has been that neglected.
Abbi is a great server and always has a smile on her face love it everytime im there!
