We arrived at 11 am for our reservation and we're completely ignored for 15 min until we left and went across the parking lot to Cheesecake factory where we received a warm welcome great service and great food
I usually love it here but our experience was less than desirable. They had a menu item that indicated “flowing mimosa”. Cool. We ordered 3. After an extremely long time, the manager came over and sternly advised this menu item was capped at 4 glasses and those could not be shared. Okay? There was so much confusion over this, one of the main dishes didn't come with the rest. The manager never came back to ask about food or drink, we only spoke with them unprompted when they decided to define what was on the menu. The server was nice and the food was good, it was just a strange experience when we were all very agreeable anyway.
It was a beautiful restaurant with delicious food and a very calm environment and very nice staff. I recommended as we came for my daughter‘s birthday and they brought her a little ice cream with a candle which is very beautiful.
Front counter was disorganized. Food was blah and overpriced, for example I had a half piece of mozzarella cheese on my chicken parm I was very dissatisfied oh and lobster bisque way to salty. We weren't served bread, music was to loud couldn't talk to one another.
My mother and I went to Brio for Christmas dinner. We enjoyed the relaxed setting. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The NY strip steak and filet mignon were amazing, cook perfectly and juicy. Justin was our server. He was very knowledgeable and kind.
I haven't been to this location in a while, but still very good food. The service used to be really good, but that has diminished over the last few years. Server did not no smile, no introduction or small talk. Maybe because it was Christmas day and she didn't want to be there. Prices are expensive and everything is à la carte.
We enjoyed our meals. Service was timely. Our loan complaint was the music was TOO LOUD. The volume was adjusted upwards and to the point where I had to lean forward to hear any conversation with my wife and to engage with the wait staff. The focus should be on the dining experience and not shift to a dance hall.
The food was great cooked just right our Server Jaylee she was great was always smiling Will be coming again thank you.
We were here during brunch on Saturday. Very nice crowd, very peaceful. Food was excellent and Fred our waiter was AMAZING.
Our server was friendly but poor service. The table was barely cleared... we had desert with no less than 12 empty water glasses still on the table... appetizer dishes were never cleared nor were bread baskets .

Our server was amazing, and the food was so delicious! It was a nice quiet midweek lunch event for us, so there weren't any noisy crowds to talk over. Just a wonderful experience all around!!
The first entree I got was the shrimp and lobster pasta and the pasta itself was good but the shrimp was horrible! Bland, pale not what I would expect for 48.99!! The lobster was little pieces and bland as well, I took a bite of each and sent it back. I don't think I'll be back for a while if at all.
Had apps they were delicious. Our waiter was excellent. Very friendly and personable. Good guy.
Our waiter, Serge, was excellent. The food was delicious - steak salad was super; loved the crème brûlée dessert.
BRIO Italian Grill was a great dining experience with excellent food a great service from our server Frederick. We enjoyed the salad and the lobster starters, the special with salmon and shrimp, scampi, and the lobster and shrimp fettuccine. They have an excellent wine and drink list selection. However, the wines are extremely high priced and I would hope that they would make available something. That's a little bit more reasonable than $50 a bottle for a Chardonnay. Still it's an excellent place to dine and we will most likely return in the future if in the area.
