I ordered from here a couple times, twice in person and maybe 3 times over door dash. Since my first time ordering the quality of the food had been different each and every time. This time my food wasn’t even edible. i ordered 2 buritodillas(idk if i spelt that right), mine was burnt and they only gave me about 4 pieces of the hibachi steak throughout the entire thing, and the other was perfect, not sure why. i also ordered the double apple empanadas and the presentation was nothing like the picture and also borderline burnt. I ordered boardwalk cookies and they unfortunately ran out and thankfully they refunded me for those. lastly i ordered wings, which is crazy of me to order it ongs from a taco place… but now that i know i’ll never do it again. the wings were under cooked. I think i also might add that i ordered this through door dash and they didn’t refund me for most of the items that came in bad quality… except for the cookies . i’m disappointed to say the least, and won’t be eating here again. (wish i took pictures before throwing everything away)

This place is good but the only thing is... there was NO FOH (front of the house) employees. Just one prep cook. The front cashier/counter person(s) never showed up, leaving a dark, un set-up restaurant lol. The manager was MIA as well. I must commend the prep cook in the back, he did his best to complete my order. He did an amazing job. Will be back.

My boyfriend loves this place and as soon as he saw the nashville hot chicken burrito on insta he wanted to go.Spent $39 on 2 burritos and a taco salad.Ordered around 11:20am (google says they open at 1045 so kind of expected everything to be fresh) . Unfortunately they were out of pickles for the hot chicken but offered the pickled jalapeños instead.The Nashville hot was basically a mild BBQ sauce so that was kind of disappointing.I got a crispy chicken salad bowl that was almost 11$ and I got 1 cold chicken tender cut up into tiny tiny pieces.The queso container had a dark gray film over it like it had been sitting out for a while and the lettuce container closest to the register looked like it had turned a day or two ago.Everything was just kind of underwhelming and the place just doesn't look clean anymore.Empty sauce bottles all over the uncleaned tables, dirty floors, sticky soda station.The Philly one is even worse sadly.Employees were friendly but someone obviously doesn't care about the location anymore.Hopefully it gets turned around cause we used to really love their food and we tend to suggest them to other people. ??♀

Place is below 1 star, floors are sticky like Gary’s been mopping with the same bucket of water since 2008. Each ingredient I put in my burrito was colder and colder. After I grabbed my soda an employee kept refilling his soda staring at it and complaining about something to a fellow co worker. If you wanna spend $30 on trash while leaving you shoes stuck to the floor this is your place.

I will admit the food here is good..... only if they remember to put the ingredients you ordered into the food. Went on 3 separate occasions with ordering 2 quesadillas (one chicken one shrimp, both with the general tso sauce) and both were missing the sauces and there was no shrimp. Went to the staff about it and they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. So I'm no longer buying from this location.

It's my first time trying this place and overall it was decent. I got the burrito bowl with steak. The server asked how many scoops of meat, one or two. I didn't know the amount so I only said one scoop but boy oh boy, it was so little meat. I would recommend getting two scoops of meat. I also got the boneless buffalo chicken and it wasn't bad. The food came out hot and I didn't have to wait long.

Love bubbakoos ... Great food, reasonably priced and never crazy busy because people are too STOOPID to give it a 2nd look. It's a favorite spot for a quick bite for lunch or dinner. They employees are laid back and the place is a hidden gem!

I ordered a chicken taco salad and fried Oreos. I’m 9 months pregnant and I was sick to my stomach all night long. I posted about it on social media and got multiple messages and comments, everyone had a bad experience also. With staff as well as being super sick. Dry disappointed and I will never return.

This was my first time at Bubbakoo's, Addy made my experience one of the most memorable! Extremely hard working and has an amazing attitude! The food was just as incredible as the service here was! Highly recommend!

I went in there close to closing and I ordered a steak and shrimp burrito they even offered to make new rice for me since the other stuff was kind of old. I declined because I didn't want the making rice just for me but the burrito was amazing and there was so much shrimp in it I couldn't believe it. We just moved to this area and will be frequenting this place a lot more way better than Chipotle

Ordered online for pick up back in June, and the food was fairly bland, one of the items, a spicy burrito, was spicy, but had no real flavor. The worst part is that they didn't pack part of our order, and by the time we realized it, we were almost 20 min from the place. I called to let them know and they asked for my info, and assured the missing food would be refunded back to my card. Just realized now that they never did that. So not only was the food not great, but they ripped me off. What a way to run a business. Likely won't be back.
