Don’t go there on a Sunday. Apparently they run out of things. This is the second Sunday , in a row, they ran out of something I needed. This week they sold me 2 sandwiches with no eggs this Sunday & I wasn’t even told there were no eggs on my sandwiches. It was an ON-LINE-TO-GO-ORDER, found out when I got home. Who does that! suggest going to the one on Route 38 in Cherry Hill.

The restaurant was clean the food was hot and quick. The best part of are visit was the young woman taking orders. My kid was so excited to get a Sonic toy and she made shore he got the one he wanted. She was so kind, quick and professional. We are not usually a fan of fast food but we will definitely be coming back to this location.

They forgot half my order upon delivery. This has happened at the drive thru as well. Make sure you always check to see if your irder is correct before you leave!P.S. They never pick up the phone number given on site and by Google. Go figure.

I don’t know what Burger King these other reviewers are going to or maybe I’m just lucky. I drive 25 minutes pass 3/4 other burger kings just to come to this location. When I ask for food to be made fresh always comes out hot and scorching. Customer service always nice professional and quick. This Burger King needs change the slogan “have it your way” to “ask and you shall receive” lol
They need to bring the grill back. It's no longer flame broiled.

This BK store in particular is horrible. They cancel orders after your dasher has been waiting for it for over 12 min. When you do get your order, there is always something missing or made wrong. When you call the store, they are rude or pretend to not know English to get you off the phone. I get screwing up an order here and there but EVERY TIME??? Also, BK customer service is a joke. It’s a chat bot that doesn’t ask the right questions and doesn’t help in these types of situations, you will never get a real person to deal with your order issue.
