Terrible food with terrible customer service.
Get food somewhere else, no good at all
Mall experience, no issues with employees, food was good . Bone in wings were OK.
food was good service was terrible, young girl named joselyn took my order. felt very rushed didnt give me time to finish even saying my order before she was giving me a total. very rude terrible attitude didnt say any type of greating after giving her a hello how are you. everyone else was a delight but she made the experience a little eh.

I work in the mall and they're my go too. The boneless wings, especially the scorpion sting ones, are amazing

I ordered on the 22nd of November and the money came out. It was a order to be picked up. When I got over there they told me that the food court was shut down but I still have yet to receive my money back or food. I've been trying to contact customer service to no avail.
Keep messing up my order. This time they gave me someone else food but they call 82 which was me

Stopped by for a quick bite, very excited. However, I was quickly disappointed when my sister and I found pieces of bone in our chicken phillys. I also found an unidentified brown bit in mine. I love several other of the Charleys locations. However, this one was not to the same standard. The lack of proper food quality control may have been due to it being busy, but it is no good regardless.
