I work in the mall and anytime I don’t bring food from home it’s always my go to. The food there is AMAZING and the cashier are equally as amazing, they always welcome me with a smile even when it seems they’re having a bad shift. Definitely a great choice.

Stopped by for a quick bite, very excited. However, I was quickly disappointed when my sister and I found pieces of bone in our chicken phillys. I also found an unidentified brown bit in mine. I love several other of the Charleys locations. However, this one was not to the same standard. The lack of proper food quality control may have been due to it being busy, but it is no good regardless.

Steak and fries were as you would expect, ok but not great. I do have a huge problem with the order taker though. I clearly ordered a regular cheesesteak combo. After telling her what I wanted on it she told me $18.50. I questioned her because it should have been around $15, her answer was you got a large combo. I told her I ordered a regular, no reply. Normally I would have insisted the order be corrected but since my daughter had already gone back to the table with her food...
