My family and I love our experience we typically have on our visits to Chick-fil-a. However this visit was one of the worst; I also hate to feel that it was because my daughters and I were Africa American. The person that was working the register named Jorge was very rude to us during our ordering process. One of my daughters has autism and wanted to place her own order due to her having a gift card she wanted to use for her order. I explained this to Jorge prior to us starting our order. We began placing our order and he was very impatient and just rude to both of my daughter and myself. I have never experienced anything like this at any of your establishments. I thought that explaining myself and our order process would have made him more understanding but that was not the case.

I have never had a bad experience with chick-fil-a food. The service? Sure. Not always consistent. But the food? Always the same. Always great. This location has the best reviews compared to other locations in the area- so maybe it was just me? My fries and nuggets both cold and hard to chew. Chicken nuggets had a different texture than usual. I couldn't bare to finish my meal. It was disgusting. Service was good though. Quick, friendly. But I would rather get bare minimum service than bad food.
