The staff here is incredible! The ladies running the dining area were soo kind! It was my bday and she spoiled me! So sweet.
Our order came out as requested. It is tight quarters and the parking lot feels a bit busy. Kids enjoyed the play space

Horrible experience I placed an order online to receive two peppermint milkshakes. I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes. The line wouldn’t move so I decided to go inside. Took me an extra 20 minutes to wait for my peppermint milkshake smoothie I only come here and then holidays because I love the peppermint milkshake but I believe it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make a milkshake. I work at a fast food and it should take less than 100 seconds at a drive-through manual board for them to come out.

I wasn't begging for food, I paid for it. Paid for 3 sandwiches and only got 2, and on top of that I thought I order fries, but got crums instead. Great job guys👎

The food needs to be warmer, the employees need to be more energetic and happy when taking your order. I expected to be greeted with “ Thank you for choosing chick-fil-a how may I serve you?” But no I was greeted with “ how can I help u?” That is not the proper greeting for customers well in my opinion.
Anyways do better please.
