I swear this place always messes up my order. Just got a 12 piece nugget and was given an 8ct. No point in going back, they won’t believe me. This is the worst CFA in the area. I’ll just spend the extra time going to the Marlton or Voorhees location. The employees are also the least friendly I’ve ever encountered at any chick fil a. The one Spanish looking guy with curly hair won’t even talk to you or look at you. He just hands you food and looks away. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had a negative encounter here, and it seems to have become a pattern. I felt it was important to share my feedback publicly and file a complaint with the corporate office as well.
I received the wrong order and was charged the higher price for items I didn’t order. When I asked the staff to correct the mistake, they responded in a rude and dismissive manner—both the employees and their supervisor. They did not offer a refund, and they kept the receipt inside instead of returning it to me.
