It's Chick-fil-A... Somehow they know what you want more than you know what you want
They never disappoint! From the staff to the food. The wait staff lady was awesome!!!!

Food was good, as expected from Chick-fil-a; service was poor, only one cashier. A customer put in an order for 15 people, and no one came out to help the lone cashier and all the customers on line just had to wait.

whoever was on the mic on the drive thru at 11:45 am 5/31/2025 needs to be fired. messed up my order THREE TIMES while i was ordering, eventually the guy comprehended basic english and took my order, i get home, BOOM it’s wrong no sauces like how do you forget that. i go here so often so it must be a new guy.

Drive thru line was really slow.
Ordered a 12 count, got 8.
Ordered an ice cream in a cup, no spoon to eat it with.

Chicken sandwiches are good here. Nuggets are good here too. Ample parking. Drive thru available. Lots of tables and chairs available. Well lit parking lot. Clean and nice atmosphere inside.

Most of the times we get something from this location, something is not done correctly.
Your employees must pay more attention to the order.
Large fries means the large box has to be full, not 1/2 or 3/4.
We order chicken strips and we got nuggets.
This is not acceptable.

Wrote in about a very gross experience that has turned us off from chicken entirely for a while. Chicken and fries were rubbery and not easy to even chew at all, just all out a fail/gross meal. Spoke to someone that called me after the complaint was submitted. Their best offer was to credit the items back to our account so we could give them another try... When the items were so disgusting in the first place that we don't want to return, why is that thought of as an appropriate response? And the fact that their 'Executive Director' wouldn't approve a refund on maybe a 20 dollar order tells me all I need to know about their actual dedication to customer service. We won't be back to this location or Chick-Fil-A in general for quite some time after this, save your free items for another customer 👎 and just do better all around.
