I definitely hold Chick Fila to a higher standard than other fast food restaurants. This particular location happens to be my least favorite in terms of staff. They just aren’t willing to go the extra mile like other chick fila and they don’t serve pup cups? A few orders were incorrect as well. Again, this review is in comparison to the other chick fila restaurants in the area. I just find this one lacking in the customer service restaurant over the last 3-4 years.

Usually we have a great experience at any Chick-fil-A, however this time the food was not so great. The chicken nuggets my grandson got were in a puddle of grease. As were the waffle fries. The grilled chicken was absolutely delicious as usual. The ladies restroom was a filthy mess also. This is not the standards for Chick-fil-A. Step it up Cherry Hill.

Big shoutout to CJ and Anthony! While they both were in the middle of completing their other tasks, they still took the time to ask if I needed my trash thrown away and if I wanted a drink refill. I know this may be part of their job, but the fact that they went out of their way to check in while staying focused on their work really shows their attentiveness and great customer service. Keep up the great work !!

Catering order for take out. Ordered ahead of time with a manager. I ordered Large trays of nuggets. They were very busy during pick up. Waited no problem. They handed me the order. We left get to our event. They messed it up. Call them on the phone get no where I get hung up on . This is the worst chic fila I have ever dealt with. I called corporate to complain 3 times I never got a call back. It shows had bad this place is. 421 members from our event know and will never go here after this experience.

I swear this place always messes up my order. Just got a 12 piece nugget and was given an 8ct. No point in going back, they won’t believe me. This is the worst CFA in the area. I’ll just spend the extra time going to the Marlton or Voorhees location. The employees are also the least friendly I’ve ever encountered at any chick fil a. The one Spanish looking guy with curly hair won’t even talk to you or look at you. He just hands you food and looks away. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
