Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. That truly was a bright part of our day. We will remember that each and every time we go to the Penn building. Thank you for having her at your restaurant!

This might not be a fair review as I did not purchase anything but did want to draw attention to a possible problem that others might have. I have not been a fan of fast food since I was a kid other than a new chicken place that I do like. So I do not frequent fast food other than when I am driving a school bus full of kids from an athletic event and they stop for a meal on the way home. This was my first visit to this Chick-fil-A and hopefully my last with a bus anyway as their parking lots just like 75% of the other Chick-fil-As have really poor parking lots when it comes to parking a school bus. At least it is not as bad as it was a few years ago at several of them when they erected a big drive-thru tent sort of thing that really made it difficult to bring a busload, but fortunately I have not seen that problem at any of them recently. If I had a choice I would go up to the other chicken place further west on route 70 as they are right by a shopping center but I could not get them convinced to go there so we came here. I went to a different Chick-fil-A a couple nights ago with a busload and there was very few people there at the time making it rather easy to bring the bus in so I actually did order some food and it was good although not much because I had dinner at home waiting for me.

I don't communicate with the employees. They are all stupid. After ordering the drive tour, I waited in front of the door for 15 minutes and 30 minutes. They call me at the door asking which car.

Not only do I love their food but I worked at a chic fil a for almost two years and I know they have high standards. Very clean. Friendly staff. Must try their milk shakes they use quality real ingredients in all of their food items and their milk shakes are very good! Think vanilla is over rated? Try a chic fil a vanilla shake and you'll be hooked!

I swear this is the worst chick fil a! It’s a shame it’s the closest one. The fries are NEVER cooked. They always have a slight undercooked hard texture. The employee are also not nice, nor competent. We are officially cutting them off and driving the extra 10 minutes to the Marlton location. This location won’t last long.
Been to this Chick-fil-A several times and was the only Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced poor service. Along with poor food. I have had many issues with my order several times in a row and when asked at the window there was no response in resolving the problem. The response given to receiving the wrong drink size, and incorrect order was “oh.” And stood there without even attempting to try to fix my order. If you order here make sure to check your food.

I have never met such rude employees. After paying over 50 dollars for my order, they forgot 3 of my Mac and cheese. When I came back the blonde employee kept being rude and giving attitude, all I ask if they could do something about the inconvenience and I had to drive over 15 minutes to get my Mac and cheese back. The manager told me they would give me 2 sandwiches and 2 fries bit all I received was the 2 fries. Also when I came back in the blonde employee said "oh she's back."
It was a very welcoming dining experience.
