Ordered breakfast at 10:20 through the app for pick up, paid, and left to go get it. Got there at 10:33 and they never even started my order, just told me breakfast ends at 10:30. Had to call corporate for a refund cause they still charged my card. They weren't even busy. Food isn't as good as other chik fil a

Standing in line for 10 minutes and the kid put my food aside; called others’. Then, when I asked is that my food there, he went back to my bag and asked “what’s your name?” I commented “how come you skipped my turn and called other people who came after me?” He replied “we did not know that you are here.”So, what is the purpose of ordering and paid through mobile app and confirming my arrival at the pick-counter? Please be advised Chick-fil-A?

We come to this location frequently, even before they moved locations. We typically order in the mornings, and I’ll order lunch items because some breakfast foods typically make me sick. These items take longer to make during breakfast, as someone who’s worked customer service I understand how annoying that can be. Instead of complaining or giving us attitude, today they actually asked how to pronounce my name correctly since he’d noticed we’ve been coming for months. Our orders are always correct and delicious, and I appreciate the kindness :)
Have never really loved the food here but go here cause my kids really enjoy it. Usually it's been made up for by great service but ever since moving locations, it seems like things have been off. My order has been messed up a few times since being there and the people don't seem as friendly.

Oh boy I wish I would have seen the bad reviews on this place before going!!!. Fries not even the half of the carton, I asked for the exact sauces that I use and they gave me just two! For three meals ! … and wrong soda flavor… guys: you should better do something, now I understand why it is so empty compared to the other ones

The way manager talks to me makes me feel uncomfortable. When order by website went wrong, the primary concern should be solve my problem, not trying to point out where I did wrong and suggest I should order by app.
