Chipotle Mexican Grill

The Rt 70 Cherry Hill, NJ location has the best tasting food and friendliest staff of all the South Jersey Chipolte locations. When I found out that they had many menu options that were both gluten and dairy free, I decided to do a taste test.The burrito bowls are my favorites: juiciest roast beef or pork ever or perfectly seasoned tender chunks of chicken breast/ rices/beans/various veggies/homemade tortilla chips/etc.ALL of the foods are cooked onsite, in view & served fresh daily. The delicious taste is so addictive. I buy 1 to 3 different meals every week. The convenience of ordering online after work & picking up my order at the m drive thru window omw home is awesome! I have eaten inside b4 & received excellent service & food in a very clean friendly environment. Doordash has even delivered the same delicious meals to my home. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant . Few restaurants have entrees that are not only deliciously seasoned, but more importantly, made with fresh healthy ingredients. 5*****

The things that stuck out:

The employees were not very nice or accommodating. We have 4 kids with us and placing an order can take some time. The employee serving the food seemed irritated and impatient with us.
It's hard enough going out to eat with 3 kids, but then to deal with impatient staff makes the entire experience uncomfortable.

The guacamole was extremely cold, it chilled my whole bowl to below room temp in just a few minutes. That was strange.

Plus side is the restaurant was empty ... Always is when we go.

I come here about once a or twice a week. This specific location to be exact.The food is always inconsistent. The meats never taste the same as if one cook follows the recipe and others are winging it. It’s disappointing to pay for inconsistency. Then the girl with the glasses swears she owns the store. Not even giving a chance for everyone to be a team. She rushes to make your bowl and doesn’t want any help. One top of the food being off the customer service is mediocre.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location really dropped the ball. I ordered a bowl and when I went to sit down, I noticed the lid was visibly dirty—like, smudged and greasy, as if it had already been used. Definitely not something you expect when picking up food. I asked a staff member for a clean lid and got a dismissive attitude instead of an apology. Not only was the service unprofessional, but it also felt like basic hygiene wasn’t a priority. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Prices have gone up since tariffs. Horrible / mediocre food. 30$ for 1 bowl with guac and chips and a soda. Way overpriced. Horrible service.

They do not provide discount for Veterans. Portions of food are small. Finally, while eating, the personnel decided to clean the tables and sweep the floor right next to myself and my family.

The food was originally tasted good, but something tasted a little different or off. But nothing that made me think anything about it. The next hour I felt dizziness and nausea and immediately realized I got food poisoning. I threw up and 3 hours later I’m still sick.

Almost every time I order hard shell tacos they give me soft shell tacos. It's not hard to read the order and get it right

I stood in the empty line as the 5+ workers ignored me. Then I got my quesadilla and when I opened it they didn't even toast/melt it or cut it. It was literally a burrito stuffed with cheese even though I ordered a quesadilla. Also I waited in the parking lot for my mobile order and watched them talk to each other and NOT make my food as I looked at the "order received" button on my phone not changing at all.

Chain establishments are the worse the workers get paid regardless then you hit corporate up they give you store credit I don't want to order from you again, you got 1 chance to mess my food up imagine ordering a half chicken half steak burrito bowl with all the fixing and get home and you got cold white rice ,sour cream, and corn you could have looked at me and known I ain't order that

This worst Chipotle ever...under cooked rice, rude servers..especially the girl with the glasses, and skippy portions. Never coming back...when a Chipotle in Philly is better, you have issues.

Flavorless chips and salsa and Flavorless burrito bowl.

It's only saving grace is how nice it is.
