There is apparently a new employee who takes her break in the restaurant and FaceTime's a friend ...her phone volume is cranked up and you have to listen to her scratchy conversation rather than enjoy a peaceful lunch! BUY EARBUDS. Will not go here any more. 3 strikes.

This place is going down hill since they opened. I found a good size of avocado skin in my guacamole. Thank God I didn’t choke on it. The chicken in my chicken quesadilla was burnt. I had to scrub off the black burntness of my quesadilla from the outside. Plus, we order chips and queso and never received the nachos. Didn’t notice until we got home. Chiptole do better!!!

The chart illustrates how the organization is structured, but the real issue is performance. Customers are walking away unhappy because service is careless and the food doesn’t meet expectations. These problems are costing the company money and reputation.
Unless there’s a serious reset—through leadership decisions, stronger accountability, and real investment in staff—things will only decline further. The business can’t afford to ignore this any longer.

The Rt 70 Cherry Hill, NJ location has the best tasting food and friendliest staff of all the South Jersey Chipolte locations. When I found out that they had many menu options that were both gluten and dairy free, I decided to do a taste test.The burrito bowls are my favorites: juiciest roast beef or pork ever or perfectly seasoned tender chunks of chicken breast/ rices/beans/various veggies/homemade tortilla chips/etc.ALL of the foods are cooked onsite, in view & served fresh daily. The delicious taste is so addictive. I buy 1 to 3 different meals every week. The convenience of ordering online after work & picking up my order at the m drive thru window omw home is awesome! I have eaten inside b4 & received excellent service & food in a very clean friendly environment. Doordash has even delivered the same delicious meals to my home. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant . Few restaurants have entrees that are not only deliciously seasoned, but more importantly, made with fresh healthy ingredients. 5*****

The things that stuck out:
The employees were not very nice or accommodating. We have 4 kids with us and placing an order can take some time. The employee serving the food seemed irritated and impatient with us.
It's hard enough going out to eat with 3 kids, but then to deal with impatient staff makes the entire experience uncomfortable.
The guacamole was extremely cold, it chilled my whole bowl to below room temp in just a few minutes. That was strange.
Plus side is the restaurant was empty ... Always is when we go.

I come here about once a or twice a week. This specific location to be exact.The food is always inconsistent. The meats never taste the same as if one cook follows the recipe and others are winging it. It’s disappointing to pay for inconsistency. Then the girl with the glasses swears she owns the store. Not even giving a chance for everyone to be a team. She rushes to make your bowl and doesn’t want any help. One top of the food being off the customer service is mediocre.
