The Rt 70 Cherry Hill, NJ location has the best tasting food and friendliest staff of all the South Jersey Chipolte locations. When I found out that they had many menu options that were both gluten and dairy free, I decided to do a taste test.The burrito bowls are my favorites: juiciest roast beef or pork ever or perfectly seasoned tender chunks of chicken breast/ rices/beans/various veggies/homemade tortilla chips/etc.ALL of the foods are cooked onsite, in view & served fresh...
The things that stuck out:
The employees were not very nice or accommodating. We have 4 kids with us and placing an order can take some time. The employee serving the food seemed irritated and impatient with us.
It's hard enough going out to eat with 3 kids, but then to deal with impatient staff makes the entire experience uncomfortable.
The guacamole was extremely cold, it chilled my whole bowl to below room temp in just a few...

Since 2016 when Steve Ells sold it to Smell Bell quality steadily has declined. I remember when a bowl was 4$ less than it is now, plus guac and everything else, and the ingredients aren’t as high quality anymore, i don’t even know if they still use mostly organic ingredients like before.Used to love to eat and work for Chipotle but now every time i go it’s like ??♀️ sub
