The food here was absolutely fresh and is a great option if you want both a great food experience and overall customer Service .
I went there with my Wife earlier this week and was greeted by the General Manager Mike , who made us feel very welcomed and accommodated! He served us with great hospitality, was very friendly and operated the store fantastically! This was the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time which is why I am writing this review. Give this General Manager Mike a raise, he absolutely deserves it !

I needed a bite to eat before seeing Avatar. I thought I was set on something soupy and warm, but I decided to try something new. I’m glad I did.

Chopt had a lot of options, while offering recommendations based on their popular items. I went with the Chicken Tinga. It wasn’t soupy, but it was definitely warm and filled me up.

I’d go again.

I’ve been ordering from the Cherry Hill location almost every day, and the delivery experience through the app has really gone downhill. Lately, about half of my orders arrive incorrect, and there’s no way to reach anyone directly to fix the issue or request a refund. It feels like both the location and the overall service have slipped, which is disappointing for someone who has been a loyal, daily customer. I really hope they address these issues because it used to be a great experience.

I frequently go to Chopt Cherry Hill. The team is always SO nice and cheery. They extra chop my salad. Jazmyn is usually at the window with her wonderful smile. and her District Manager is often on site and you can over hear him and his positive attitude to with the team. When I’m on the go, this place saves me. I get to eat healthy and nutritious food that makes me feel re charged. Please open in Vorhees!
