I always love Chopt, but today’s experience was exceptional. Ari and Tommy provided such amazing service, they introduced themselves by name and offered suggestions and just gave me such a pleasant, warm experience. So friendly and kind. Also, the entire restaurant was spotless. 10/10 all around!

I had a fantastic experience at Chopt recently, and a big part of that was thanks to my server, Jon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with everything running smoothly despite the busy lunch rush.
Jon went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. He offered helpful suggestions and made sure everything was perfect before I left the counter.

Whoever was working night shift tonight was fantastic with helping me and my friend in our first time ordering! She walked us through the process and was so patient in answering questions. We were both SO happy with our meals and to make a return shortly! Thanks for a great first experience!
