What a terrible experience! We got there at 1:20 for a 1:30pm party on 03/09/25. The girl setting up the party table and her manager, “punished” me for requesting a different table by making our group wait for over 30 minutes while she “set up” other tables - even asking me to get up from a bench at one point so she could do so. We had to request everything from napkins to cups, cutlery, everything. Worst experience.

Went for a birthday party. $300.ish for 10 kids free play for 2hrs. Basically in that time you do cake pizza, and play. You Decide !! I went through more money then I expected

Takes one hour for only 1 pizza and wings
My son Matthew had an absolute BLAST! I just wish there were a bigger and better selection of rides and games for the kids there. The prizes are still pretty cheesy and cheap from when I was a kid, too! That definitely hasn't changed, lol. Although I think this establishment can do way better considering it's 2025, my son still had a great time, and it was still great to share this experience as a family.

Will never go to this location again if I can help it. Way too small for all the parties they are willing to cram in at once. No way they weren't breaking the fire code limit on how many guests were there. There was a wait for every game including the trampoline zone. Just way too crowded. Being busy is one thing but to allow overcrowding is another.

Haven't been in here in years...Came for a Bday party for my Grandson and they really have updated the place! My Grandson absolutely loved the rides! And if you haven't been in a while they now have a trampoline that you will have to pay additional for. The one bad thing was the restrooms... They are likely not looked after very much. Floors were wet...and doors don't lock. Just go to the bathroom before you come! Other than that the kids will have a great time!

My fiancé went yesterday with my toddler. A MOM grabbed my toddler out of trampoline area by the wrist and the worker said everyone would have to leave if they didn’t stop arguing instead of trying to directly find out what the issue was. Chuck E. Cheese was blocked off by chairs so people NOT attending the birthday party couldn’t see Chuck e or dance with him.. my toddler was devestated. The weekends can bring horrible crowds - much prefer the weekday at the cherry hill location.

This location sucks. It’s super small. But it’s the only location that I ever saw that has a jump trampoline section I like that !
Ideal for children from 1 to 7 years old!! I like to take my children and pay by time because that way the money goes further. If you buy by time and need to pause you can easily do it at the machine where you buy the card.
Kid-friendliness: It is the children's favorite place.

The great place to go for that quick lunch visit. They didn't have an entrance/exit attendant today, I was very surprised as the safety of kids was their top priority at one time.

Spent 3.5 hrs here and had a great time with my 4 year old. The pizza is actually not that bad.
The games are a good mix.
I had a slight issue with an order and management was very helpful.

Took my sister's gold summer pass to take her children, and was told it was expired the day before when I got there. Her pass was good until August. They made me pay a lot of money for a hour of playtime when her pass was not expired. She just needed to send me a new code which they should have known. I never had a summer pass before so I had no idea, and it's very difficult to wait with impatient kids. They are very understaffed. Only two young people for everything in the facility, and they seemed stressed out. The fact they didn't consistently have someone at the door shows that kids could get taken at anytime. We left and no one checked us out so the stamps are completely pointless. I liked that chuck-e cheese was a place that made sure you left with your own kids. This place didn't protect anyone from predators. I did not like that crying kids kept coming up to me with parents being neglectful. I felt so bad for the children, and they were only babies. Kept crying and looking at me to put them on rides. One baby was crying because they were lost. It just felt like the place was very chaotic. I went far out of my way to go to this location in NJ, because the one closer in Philly is bad. This one is not that good. Chuck e cheese is going downhill compared to what it used to be. There's not many open anymore. They charge way too much money for food. I couldn't feed the kids there yesterday, because they told me her food coupon pass was expired too which was false. We had fun and made the most of our time, but I know it should have been better. They need to do something, because if they don't the company will not last. I'm glad we didn't use the bathroom, because it wasn't very clean either in there. I don't think we will come back. Not sure where to go for a location, because like I said there's not many around. I feel sorry for kids today. Nothing is nice like it used to be, and everything is too expensive.
