It’s hard to find a place where you can have a kids’ party for under $200. Chuck E. Cheese was perfect place for my son’s 4th and 5th birthday. The kids played for an entire 2 hours, only breaking to eat and sing happy birthday. It was a great experience. Very easy for us as parents and enjoyable for the kids! Low key but lots of fun!!
Fabulous time at this cherry hill location. Clean , and fun for everyone. Staff was excellent especially the manager Sarah who was extremely welcoming and very informative. I had loads of questions and she showed her professionalism. We will keep on coming thanks so much.
This place is really nice and clean. The environment when I take my child is great. Food is always good.
Kids love it. Me, not so much
Very busy on the weekends but it was what my kids wanted to do..
Horrible and they make u pay for socks that you have to wait in an hour line just to get it was horrible. I will never go back.
place was great . staff were amazing and made up for anything that almost went wrong . kids had a blast
My son and his friends all had a great time
We visited this Chuck E. Cheese location this past weekend. My kids had a blast! The pizza was really good too. We will be back!
We had such a fun time at Chuck E. Cheese! My 3- and 5-year-olds loved the games and the indoor playground. The staff were friendly and everything felt clean and well-kept. A perfect spot for a family outing or a rainy day treat.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. Went there last night for my daughter’s 4th birthday. They were incredibly short staffed…only 3 people in the entire building working. If that’s the case, let customers know or don’t open! When we waited for our food it was sitting in the window for a while and was cold because the pager didn’t vibrate like it was supposed to.
Then we wanted to buy a game card and couldn’t see the kiosks to buy a card on your own because of the mad house of people trying to get free ice cream when the mouse came out. Again nobody was there to keep any kind of order. I asked someone in the kitchen for some help at the front register, the kid told me she was working the floor and the kitchen she can’t help me. I asked the kid who was operating the front register who was dishing out the ice cream if there was someone who could help at the register, she told me nobody can help me.
The games didn’t give out any tickets like they were supposed to. Why have prizes for an allotted amount of tickets if the games don’t spit out tickets like they’re supposed to?
When I pay $55 for pizza and a sampler it would be nice to get more than 3 little boneless bites, if all 25 french fries I got were actually cooked and if the marinara sauce for the cheesy bread didn’t have ice chunks in it and it was actually a freshly made pizza like the website says.
Needless to say I’ll never bring my kids back to this facility. It should actually be closed down. Wish I get my money back to give my little girl the birthday she deserved.
We visited on a Monday morning (today 8/25) with a small group of four, along with one man and his grandchild. The only employee present appeared high, dazed, and disengaged, answering every question with “I don’t know”—even when asked if the trampoline was open (it was marked “temporarily closed”). Yet, after a child began jumping, they suddenly used the loudspeaker to call out our kids, while other children without the required socks were allowed in the same area.
This selective enforcement felt immature, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional- when you were addressed directly and asked SPECIFICALLY about the area. Rather than address it respectfully or clearly explain the status of the equipment, which the employee had multiple opportunities to communicate but chose not to. It left us with a negative and frustrating experience at a facility that already has limited play options that we surely won’t waste our money to visit again. Literally quickest in and out of a play space we’ve ever encountered with a 6 and almost 2 year old.
What a terrible experience! We got there at 1:20 for a 1:30pm party on 03/09/25. The girl setting up the party table and her manager, “punished” me for requesting a different table by making our group wait for over 30 minutes while she “set up” other tables - even asking me to get up from a bench at one point so she could do so. We had to request everything from napkins to cups, cutlery, everything. Worst experience.
