Al is so professional and accommodating! My grandsons and I had a wonderful afternoon decorating our Passover Cake Kits. Our kits each came with 2 separate cake layers , non dairy whipped topping, piping bags filled with different colors of decorative icing, shaved chocolate, and sprinkles. Thanks to Classic Cake, we made a wonderful Passover memory together!
I just went to classic cake and ran into my old boss Al DiBartolos from DeBartolo bakery. Classic Cake always had a good product but now that I know that Al brought over some of his recipes, including that amazing DiBartolo buttercream, Well classic cake just went through the roof. I have been with Classic Cake since they had opened on Springdale Road in Cherry Hill which was over 20 years ago. The management was fabulous. When I walked in recently to their Evesham Road rebuilt location, I was met by Lorie Goldsmith who remembered me by giving me a friendly welcome.
