This place is on my way to work. So I stops here I've noticed a couple of times they do not give me correct change back. Idk if the cashier's is keeping your chang for they tip or something and I always ignore this problem but today. My order was 10.20 I gave the lady a 20$ bill she puts my change in my hand at the drive thru and when I get to work it's 5$ and some change a enough is enough people count your change . They keeps your money SMH

Okay, Let me seal the deal with the comments. The only reason why they get a star is because I have to give a star to leave my comment. They are very RUDE,IGNORANT, THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONALISM ABOUT THEIR SELF AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE ABOUT THEM. The girl making the food, I asked her to toast my bagel. Immediate attitude, I asked her for a jelly, she asked me if I paid" I said to myself, do you have a green card to work"? I will not support this business again one and done! They act like they don't want to wait on the customers but yet they need our money to stay in business. Well I pray they get an opportunity to get it right! Jesus, if they don't treat your people with dignity, grace, and respect, SHUT THEM DOWN in Jesus name! The deal is sealed. Now that I know the other locations, I will not support them either.

The woman at the window is the most rudest person I have ever met. She should not be dealing with the public!!! I have had a few run ins with her and she just continues to be mean!!! You are loosing a lot of customers because of her!!!! She needs to be replaced!

WORSE SERVICE EVER! The lady at the window needs a rude awakening for real for real! She got a real nasty attitude and ignored my boyfriend questions when he nicely asked her about his receipt and his food order! This was today 3/26/24 bright and early in the morning! He asked for two bacon two hash browns and a coffee seems like an easy order right? Okay well when he gets his order there is two items missing he nicely asked for his donut and she looked at him like he was a dummy then he still didn’t get his other item and he kindly asked for a copy of the receipt and she literally ignored him. If it wasn’t for him having to be on work on time he would have cursed her out! It’s too early to be this damn cranky. Customer service starts from the time you open to the time you close it’s that simple. He will never go to y’all location anymore because of her. Thanks for ruining his morning and his breakfast. Pathetic.
