The establishment was staffed by two Indian gentlemen, and the premises appeared clean. However, their demeanor was perceived as impolite, with no greetings offered. The coffee, prepared with excessive sugar, prompted a request for adjustment, which was met with a dismissive comment in Gujarati, followed by the employee's departure.

This is by far the best Dunkin in the entire area. I exclusively come here and the two employees Dua and Augdene (I know I probably butchered the spelling) are stellar customer service and super friendly. Orders are always on point and always fresh quality!

Horrible!! The person taking the orders is absolutely rude her name is Tina. I asked about a product that I had never ordered before and was not sure how to order, she did not try to help and got frustrated in a matter of seconds which led to her having an attitude. Just awful service.
