I use to love going to this location. The morning staff was always cheerful, and seemed like they genuinely loved doing their job. Having to start work and hit the road early is hard enough as it is, but having to do it while getting greeted by staff at your normal morning coffee stop who seem to hate their job (like you get greeted with at this location) makes your day start even worse. I also can’t stand that I frequently get called baby. Whoever answers the drive-through in order in the morning… Not only do I feel it is very demeaning, the only person who is allowed to call me, baby is my wife, and it is not appropriate in ANY professional setting. I will say I would be rather greeted by that person then the one who is very short and abrupt in their answers, and makes you feel your an inconvenience coming through the drive through at all… both scenarios and loose loose situations in terms of guest experience…
I’m not sure whatever happened to the management of this facility right before Christmas, but something happened and in doing so the service has gone downhill drastically. It needs to be corrected so that your customers feel warm and welcome when starting their morning at Dunkin. If it means a change in management, than change the management, but everything starts from the top down. There are definitely a couple faces that I would recognize that are not there anymore I have not seen in a few weeks, so something is definitely changed, but it needs to go back. As a result of the service I’ve been given… And this is a direct result of the service that I have received from this location….. My patronage to Dunkin has substantially decreased over the past several weeks. I will try again soon, but unless something can change my loyalty to Dunkin will never be the same.. I go to this location for the convenience and the personal service the staff exuded… especially since my local one is shit down due to a recent fire.

Cheapest Dunkin in the area, by far. My toddler likes their snackin bacon strips, and I get them occasionally as a treat for him. I know how they are prepared and how much is in a portion. Well, this place seems to think half cooked bacon and halving portions is okay. It’s not. Barely 4 strips to an order when it’s 8, per their website and the app and all my prior orders elsewhere. My iced tea…I came home and took a ladle and scooped…and 2/3 of it was ice. It was 1/3 drinkable bc that was all that was left. I don’t like using this word but…cheapskates. Visit the other dozen Dunkins in cherry hill.

Sat in drive thru for more than 5 minutes without service, 4 cars pile in around us, start servicing the other lane despite us being there first. Not the first time is happened. Skip this place and choose any other.

They honestly don’t know how to make coffee correctly. Also waited at the order screen drive thru for a few minutes , no one answered so i decided to drive to the window since I did a mobile order from the app and when I get to the window the girl looks at me and doesn’t say anything for like 5-10 seconds and then i go “hi” and she says hi but what literally was that 💀

I always buy from this branch and most of the time there’s one missing order. I don’t understand why there’s always one missing order and this triggered me to give this negative review. Always check your orders before leaving even when you’re in a hurry
Yeah so two of your late night staff members act snobby towards customers, directly ignoring people coming inside to pay with cash. Don’t put the order in the main system, only the drive thru system and can’t remember what’s been asked for. Also ignored the fact that I had tried to buy a bottled drink so I simply put it back. I paid for an additional hash brown but I’m not going to continue interacting with people treating me like a nuisance for walking in the building with cash. All the while playing a phone game flat on the counter in sight of customers. Guess I’m going to Vito’s for a drink.

The manager is rude and doesn't really understand much. When i asked her why they always put liquid sugar in my coffee when I order regular granulated sugar she said most people prefer liquid because they don't like to chew on sugar. 🤯 so I told her I will contact corporate for a second time and she said it's ok because it will just come back to me and I'll still put liquid sugar.
Make sure no card reader on the card payment method! Don't put the card in just tap.

Terrible place. Ordered online went in there to get my order they were out of everything I ordered. I asked if they can cancel my order they told me they can’t. So I asked them how to I get my refund I was told that’s between me and the app I used to order food. Why are you even open if you are out of everything and if you are out why does Dunkin app allows me to make the order at your location. So now I have to deal with corporate to get my money back or my bank.

The employees here are so so awful. They get orders wrong most of the time and the blonde girl w long hair is the worst. How is this place still in business! How does the owner live with themselves. The only thing left is poor quality and I’ll be the first one to call the dept of health.

The girl who takes ur order and gives you your items is extremely rude will make it a point to start using a different Dunkin to avoid her!
Used to close at 9 pm but i went at 8 pm they lock the doors too bad
