They are extremely slow, their customers service skills are horrible. The always miss something out of my order and they burn everything!

this might be the worst dunkin in the tristate area, always have to wait almost 15 minutes at the drive thru for someone to even take your order

wow. just wow. i arrived at this dunkin location at 6:45am and didn’t leave until 7:25am, and i was the only person there. in the drive thru, i was waiting for someone to take my order for about 15 minutes. when my order was finally taken and i pulled up to the window, they had made 2 out of 2 of my drinks wrong and forgot my donut, egg bites, and hashbrowns. the POS machine was not working and took about 10 minutes to fix. while waiting at the window, i saw no staff working on my order, but i did see a staff member FEELING UP another’s butt. in front of customers and all the while not doing their job. this location is very convenient for me since it’s right before 295 north, but unfortunately i can’t go there anymore. sad.

I am writing this review in the store have my coffee and sandwich! But, this is bad! We are waiting for 30 minutes on the line, only two other customers front of us and then wait for another 20 minutes to get the food. It’s really bad management and runs on Dunkin’ business. They don’t know what do. It’s a terrible business service. Probably nobody check on reviews. Because I just saw other reviews their reviews were bad, also! That means they are bad business and services!

Did a mobile drive thru order was told I had to come in and pick up due to being short staffed. Go in to get order. 3 orders snackin bacon. Checked order I was given 3 bags with 1 piece of bacon in it. When I asked for a refund due to timing issues associates were extremely rude. I asked to speak to manager no manager

Oh, man. As you all know I am always fair in my reviews, and this particular Dunkin fails in almost every way. My friend and I walked in and noticed right away they were out of almost every donut and bagel. So, we saw that they did ha e two chocolate donuts left. Then we ordered iced tea...and they were out. Of one of their signature drinks. So we had to order green tea. Then we tried to pay, and couldn't give our card to the person working the counter, we had to use the ordering machine to complete the transaction. Now, the person was completely apologetic for the lack of options...something I give her credit for. However, she Then got so frustrated she started expressing that frustration openly with swear words. In front of customers, including a 5 year old kid. Unacceptable. She also explained that this happens daily because the morning rush wipes them out. So then why is this Dunkin not replenished? Its sad, and I would not recommend gojng to this particular Dunkin, especially in tbe afternoon. And finally, the other worker there didn't seem to help the one worker at all, didn't jump in to help, and didn't even seem to ow what donuts were which.

This is the slowest location. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes for a mobile pick up. The order of just a coffee and munkins was not even ready after waiting 30 minutes. The staff was rude.
