Didnt know this location closes 45 minutes early. Arrived at 7:15 and i was told they are closing til 8. Definitely wont come back to this location.

Multiple orders wrong multiple times
Just waited a minute at the drive through with no acknowledgment through the intercom.
Drove around to the window just to watch someone count a draw for a minute and not look over or say anything to me. With another person behind the counter. Not even a hi or hello.
The staff here does not care, the owner doesn’t care. I’ve been here enough to notice the staff change over multiple times.
I will never use this location again.

The young people who work there are so nice and accommodating! Food is the same as other dd but I like when they are nice and speak perfect English!

This staff is very incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. The one employee was more interested in eating her food at the drive thru window rather than helping the other employee fix my order (which was over charged). Thank goodness there's other locations near by, I definitely won't be back at this location!

Stepped in and young lady didn't even look at a customer. After waiting 5 6 minutes then i asked helper another guy and barely positive to customer and gives hard time to get order

Worst dunkin in the area. Always out of everything, takes ten years to heat up a bagel and gives you tiny portions of food. Staff is either directly rude and snotty or confused but always seem to have no idea whats going on.

I use to love going to this location. The morning staff was always cheerful, and seemed like they genuinely loved doing their job. Having to start work and hit the road early is hard enough as it is, but having to do it while getting greeted by staff at your normal morning coffee stop who seem to hate their job (like you get greeted with at this location) makes your day start even worse. I also can’t stand that I frequently get called baby. Whoever answers the drive-through in order in the morning… Not only do I feel it is very demeaning, the only person who is allowed to call me, baby is my wife, and it is not appropriate in ANY professional setting. I will say I would be rather greeted by that person then the one who is very short and abrupt in their answers, and makes you feel your an inconvenience coming through the drive through at all… both scenarios and loose loose situations in terms of guest experience…
I’m not sure whatever happened to the management of this facility right before Christmas, but something happened and in doing so the service has gone downhill drastically. It needs to be corrected so that your customers feel warm and welcome when starting their morning at Dunkin. If it means a change in management, than change the management, but everything starts from the top down. There are definitely a couple faces that I would recognize that are not there anymore I have not seen in a few weeks, so something is definitely changed, but it needs to go back. As a result of the service I’ve been given… And this is a direct result of the service that I have received from this location….. My patronage to Dunkin has substantially decreased over the past several weeks. I will try again soon, but unless something can change my loyalty to Dunkin will never be the same.. I go to this location for the convenience and the personal service the staff exuded… especially since my local one is shit down due to a recent fire.

Cheapest Dunkin in the area, by far. My toddler likes their snackin bacon strips, and I get them occasionally as a treat for him. I know how they are prepared and how much is in a portion. Well, this place seems to think half cooked bacon and halving portions is okay. It’s not. Barely 4 strips to an order when it’s 8, per their website and the app and all my prior orders elsewhere. My iced tea…I came home and took a ladle and scooped…and 2/3 of it was ice. It was 1/3 drinkable bc that was all that was left. I don’t like using this word but…cheapskates. Visit the other dozen Dunkins in cherry hill.
