Worst service ever, there were 3 people in the area, 2 of the server girls litteraly just left leaving 1 girl at the counter, made my order and the girl waited a good 7 minutes before making my order. an when I asked why did it take so long even when the place was empty, she was rude about it saying it wasn't important. This dunkin needs better people. Atp just fire all 3 girls.

My boyfriend and I stopped here to grab bagels and iced teas. First to start I was only handed 1 iced tea and got attitude from one of the employees when I said I ordered 2. Then, another employee tried to say we didn’t order 2 bagels although our order was over $20.. they charged us 3.99 for cream cheese for each bagel and one of them had no cream cheese which makes zero sense. Employees were very rude and careless

The two young ladies working today were extremely polite, courteous and got our order perfect. They helped me with the Dunkin app and they were friendly the entire time. Store was clean, coffee tasted great!
Very bad customer service not know how to deal with offers in dunkin app so I wonder why dunkin did offers and customer can't use it

Employee using same glove collected trash to serve customer, and hot coffee cup doesn’t even have Sleeves to provide customer to hold hot cup coffee and when you ask them they tell you use napkins for that , the worst Donkin service ever
