I waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee with light ice and a shot of espresso. I received a cup of milk and ice. I kid you not, I watched the barista fill the cup with milk, and when I asked where the coffee was, the manager looked me dead in the face and insisted that it was correct. And I was already late for work so I didn’t have time to ask for them to remake it and wait another 20 minutes. Kind of insane won’t lie!

I get donuts for myself and my kids from this Dunkin quite often. We love the donuts and the service has been good. It was a long time ago but an employee gave me a hug when I was crying and I still remember her. I’m a frequent customer now because of all the good experiences, thank you Dunkin!
Ordered Avocado Toast and was NOT toasted at all, coffee with cream and sugar was absolutely disgusting. How do you mess up premade items? Definitely wasted my money.
