Waited 5 minutes just to get the order taken which ok fine (a lot of people in drive thru) not friendly AT all. I asked for 5 GLAZED munchkins and she comes out with 2 chocolate and blueberry munchkins after I already payed. Miserable people working in there… sad how bad the customer service is

I have not been to this location in many years. I ordered a bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese, and a medium-sized coffee with cream and sugar. I didn't feel the sugar in the coffee, and the egg and cheese are so horrible that my mouth tastes sour or something like that. Right now, while I am typing this note, I am drinking iced tea to refresh my mouth.

Are you serious?? This is un toasted, baby amounts of cream cheese in my bagel….. this is the worst bagel with cream cheese I’ve had from any Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, are you guys low on cream cheese or something?? Just don’t even sell me the bagel then 💀

Horrible Service.

They kept messing up our order. Who ever was there today 08/01 at 4. EVERYONE Needs to be trained properly!! the guy that took the order, the one that made the drinks and the girl handing the order.

Me: No, it’s a large mocha iced coff—
Staff: 🤬BEFORE YOU SAID SMALL ICED COFFEE MOCHA!!! NOW YOU SAY LARGE!!!🤬

Me: Nevermind, have a good rest of your day. *pulls out of drive-thru line*

Staff is insanely rude for no reason. All she needed to do was reconfirm that what she took down was correct and it would’ve been no issue. Instead for some reason she takes it personally and starts getting upset with me. I didn’t do anything to you except give you my order.

1. Why are you asking me to start the order if you’re?;
A. Not ready to take the order
B. Not listening to the order

2. In what world is the appropriate response to possibly mishearing a customer, to begin yelling at them like it’s their fault.

First, please learn how to listen and then learn how to regulate your emotions. I’m the last person to ever tell you that the customer is always right, but you’re actively creating problems where there are none because you’re a hothead and possibly other reasons that I wont get into at this time. I’ve lived in the town my entire life and I’ve avoided this location for years, because I’ve never like the service here. First time back and they immediately confirm why I’ve stayed away. Avoid this location like the plague.

Staff is overall cordial, but their iced drinks are all filled to the brim with ice. When you order a large drink, expect to finish it in 5 sips. See picture for reference of an brown sugar shaken espresso
