I go here often but lately they just been messing up one day I order two hash browns and they old and hard and today they barely put the syrup in my berry burst all I taste in the sparkling water I really hope they get it together

Store is really clean. I ordered loaded hashbrowns with extra cheese and no bacon because I can’t eat bacon. I ended up getting bacon, so I asked for them to remake it to which they did without bacon this time but now it was chipotle loaded, and no queso. Customer service worker was to busy on talking on the phone in front of customers which is probably why he continued to get my order wrong

I ordered ahead and got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, but was disappointed to find that I received a triple sausage croissant that had multiple hairs on it once I was able to open it. Won’t be going back to this location.

Random guy came up to me and said "anything you want" I said I'll take a chocolate donut with rainbow sprinkles and a coffee. He said "great choice. I can glaze that donut for you". I was like "okay, GUY, you don't even work here, your just behind the counter for some reason"
He was hitting on me
He said "is that all" I just wanted my donut so I said "sure whatever" To which he replied "good boyyyyy"
Now I'm weirded out.
Then kanye west came in with a black hooded mask and started to freestyle.
People start cheering and Ye removes his mask and starts eating all the chocolate donuts with rainbow sprinkles.
Now I'm mad. I didn't get my donut because of kanye's fatass.
I HATE KANYE AND THE GUY WITH NO UNIFORM BEHIND THE COUNTER.

Used app to order ahead, Texas toast sandwich, 2 chocolate frosted donuts and large hot coffee. Order was quickly finished by the time I walked in. Order was correct, donuts fresh, sandwich was hot and coffee was hot. Staff was busy but they were handing the drive through and mobile orders fine. I read reviews before I ordered and maybe more people that have issues make reviews than those that don’t have issues.

For some odd reason, there was a hold up. Then to top it off, I get to the window and they somehow didn't know the other half of my order. However, this isn't a negative feedback post. I am happy to say, for my inconvenience, they upgraded my coffee and delivered with a smile. I didn't even have to say anything --thanks Dunkin. :) Excellent customer service!

Came in to order and struggled to use the touch order machine. Ended up ordering with a staff member, 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts, 2 drinks... tried to apply the dunkin run coupon but she said that due to us ordering a latte it didn't count. We went to change it and she said she could not void the transaction or take off the item due to us scanning the rewards. Asked her to bring the manager and the manager wasn't here! Was forced to pay a $21 total. My matcha was made wrong the first time , had to ask for the donuts separately as they forgot to give it to us with the food, and ended up paying more for something we had to purchase or else she would have been stuck on the screen due to the manager not being present.
