This place has been going downhill for some time now and after yet another wrong drink received (tea instead of coffee), it's official we are no longer spending our hard-earned money there. It's outrageous. Usually I am the one getting boned (black coffee instead of with creamer or sugar in my cold brew when I don't drink sugar coffee)... Today my husband got tea instead of black coffee and we were already back on the road to travel to a hockey game, when we noticed his drink had strings dangling on the outside... TEA! YIKES! He lost his &$@" and I got the brunt of it. Thanks Dunkin' Cherry Hill, you're ruining my marriage. Hire decent staff for goodness sake!

Asked why they haven’t had egg whites at this location in the past and not willing to order them as a healthier option. Told them I’d ask from help from corporate so they can get their normal menu options back.

Ordered a small iced latte coconut latte with whip cream no sugar and a medium iced chai tea latte with 2 pumpkin shots no sugar. Lady hands me my latte with no whip cream. I said I asked for whip cream she tells me no I didn't. I said yes I did....she said no I didn't and I said yes I did. She then says ok but you have to pay. And this is exactly why people go to Starbucks. Because they listen, have good customer service and don't try to argue with their customers over whip cream. Even the guy behind me was just shaking his head saying how ridiculous it was. Now I did go to the register to pay for the whip cream and the lady says just take, but next time tell me......I said trust me there will never be a next time.

The people here are great, and if I could point out just one person as the reason I would but it's really all of them. I come in most mornings and they shout to the back what I want before I'm even at the counter, I appreciate that more than they know, I don't take that kindness for granted.If any of them see this, Sourdough Sandwich girl thanks them!
