This is one of my favorite locations. They are always busy so you need to go in and place your order so there are no mistakes. They make the drinks perfect. I went to this location shortly after going to another location today that had shortened me on my coffee. This location made my drink perfect as always. I’m grateful that they’re down the street from my house.

Walked in stood at counter while there were 2 employees working. No one greets or tells me they will be right with me. I wait a couple of minutes and another employee comes out and instead of helping me take a order from drive thru. At this time I have been there several minutes with no assistance and I decided to leave.

The most HORRIFIC DISGUSTING Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too. The first time I went I had a negative experience. The women that took my order in the drive through was extremely rude. The second time I went there thinking maybe it was just a one time thing turned out to be the same issue. I ordered the easiest coffee order on planet earth LOUD AND CLEAR. I have to have decaf coffee because of my intolerance to regular and when I looked at the label everything I said was wrong they didn’t include what I had told them. When I said something about it, they told me I have to pay extra and took my card back for 25 cents of milk they never added and blamed me and said I never asked for that. Which I did loud and clear. UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY, AND RUDE. NEVER GO HERE, unless you want your morning ruined by people who hate their lives.

So rude, no manners whatsoever. Ordered my food then pulled to drive thru, the guy dropped my debit card on purpose INFRONT of my eyes and proceeded to yell at me, yelling “Ma’am you parked to far it isn’t my fault” and yes I get it that if it was a accident but my kids and me saw it. Then before all this when I was paying he was already looking annoyed at me because I had to grab my purse from the back. 4/10 customer service but food is nice.

We live down the road from this place and it is the only reason we go here. 50% of the time the order is wrong or the coffee it wrong. I’ll be driving the literal extra mile to avoid this location and I would recommend you do the same
