This dunkin upcharges you gor everything!! Needed turkey sausage on the 6 dollar breakfast special. They charged me 1.00 Xtra. Needed almond milk another 1.00 extra. Asked for sugar free syrup they gave me full sugar so I couldn't drink the coffee. Hashbrowns so hard couldn't eat them then the croissant was microwaved so that was hard too!!! Just wasted 8.00. Horrible store.

I asked for a everything bagel wirh extra cream cheese. They were really busy and only had 3 ppl running the place. The dude with glasses called out everything bagel with butter. I said not mine I am waiting for everything bagel with cream cheese. He says it's coming up now. I get bagel and ask if it's everything bagel with cream cheese and he says yes. I get home and it's a PLAIN BAGEL with little cream cheese. Will never go to this location again! đĄ I was not wasting my time going back.

The person working there coughed on everything - inside the fridge, in the ice box, on the persons drink in front of me in line - with no attempt to cover her cough or even turn her head in the other direction. I left without ordering anything and would not come back to this store.

Ordered a Large caramel iced coffee with liquid sugar and oat milk and less ice. The coffee tasted horrible and they didnât fill my cup to the to the top. Asked for a Boston crème doughnut and they had none. The coffee was the worst of all the Dunkinâs Iâve ever been too. From the looks of the reviews They need to shut this place down or get corporate intervention. Customers canât keep suffering from lack of quality and quality. I came for what I wanted and they didnât deliver.

This place is always always under staffed - it's ridiculous. The order are wrong half the time and they can be rude - it's just hard to believe it can be run this poorly. Unfortunately its the only one on my way in to work so I will keep going there when I need bad service and a cup of coffee.
Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the next one. Placed a mobile order that ânever went throughâ spoiler: it did. Was overcharged for my second charge of the same thing and my drink was all milk (I asked for 1 splash of cream and my drink is light beige) without vanilla flavor and tastes like sink water. Now I remember why I stopped going to Dunkin ?

this old Indian lady working at this place has seen me time and time again,I work nearby so I come here frequently..I used the bathroom not even 5 minutes and she starts yelling out she needs to mop the bathroom like you have the rest of your shift you mean you can't wait 5 minutes? I was going to order afterwards but just left and won't be coming back.

So far, every time I come to this Dunkin, the employees are efficient and very nice. They have good teamwork and manage to get heavy traffic handled properly. In terms of staff, definitely my favorite Dunkin. I'm always glad to see the opening staff when I do visit for breakfast.
