I had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts! The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you could tell they really cared about their customers. My order was fresh, accurate, and delicious. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

Poor service . The lady said she just got back from India... I asked her do she have any honey she said yes so I purchase a tea.now all of a sudden she cannot find the honey she gave me some cinnamon sugar and when I started putting in my tea she told me that's enough don't put no more.... How are you telling me what to put in my drink that I'm drinking like she's paying for it.... I refuse to go back to this dunkin' donuts

Stopped in this morning on my way to work trying to grab some donuts. I’m the only one in the store but the woman behind the counter decides to take a phone call instead of my order. Walked right out. Urgency during morning commutes is vital.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Last week I walked in to order an iced latte. While I was waiting for my order after paying, I witnessed the woman behind the counter scooping my latte out of a bucket. A BUCKET. ON THE FLOOR. It was a bucket of (I'm assuming) espresso mixed with milk. She didn't even have any gloves on and her hand fully went into the bucket. She filled my cup and topped it off with ice. I was so disgusted that I threw the drink away immediately after I left. This is a blatant health hazard!!! I'm not sure if she was doing this to save time or what, but there is no excuse for this in an establishment where food and drinks are prepared. If you come to this Dunkin and are wondering why it was so quick to make your latte, this is your answer. I will never come back to this location and will be spreading the word to people I know. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this place at all costs.

Rekha greets me every morning i come in with kindness and a smile. She always has my mobile order and takes care to remember her frequent customers- calling my name when i walk in and making sure i know where my order is. I’ve never received and incorrect order. Rekha and Semon brighten my mornings!!!
