1st time ordering from this place through doordash. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I received my order. The food came and immediately my jaw dropped. My order came in a paper bag that isn’t sealed/secured. Any stranger could have messed with my food as the contents are easily visible.

I ordered a LITTLE(one patty) bacon cheeseburger, when the bag was handed to me, it felt a little heavy, so I asked “are you sure this is a single burger“ the person said yes, once I got home it was a double burger(yes I’m complaining about a double burger because I specifically get five guys because their burgers are so thin and I don’t eat a lot considering I only weigh about 120lbs), I tried to take the one patty off to save myself a trip, but unfortunately, it took off my extra cheese, and the mayo… They are offering to remake my burger, but they’re not going to give the money back due to the extra effort of going back to the restaurant… The only reason I gave them 5 stars on the food and atmosphere is because I do not lie, but the service is garbage, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, she didn’t even say her name when she answered. When I used to work in retail, I would always answer the phone with the store name, followed by my first name, clearly this woman is not a good employee, otherwise she would have said her name.

Love FIVe Guys but only gave food a score of 4 because it is just so expensive anymore. $23 for a bacon cheeseburger, small fry, and small soda. Wow!
