However, it's essential to recognize that our dissatisfaction stemmed from the cold food and lengthy wait, regardless of the culinary approach. While we understand mistakes can happen, dismissing our concerns with suggestions to 'go to McDonald's' is unprofessional and disrespectful. As paying customers, we expect a certain level of service and quality, regardless of the establishment's branding. Constructive dialogue and addressing customer feedback respectfully would better serve to improve the overall customer experience.

Despite it being a fast-food place, our order took a staggering 25 minutes to reach our table. By the time the food arrived, it was disappointingly cold. While the staff offered to replace the items, the prospect of waiting another 25 minutes for a fresh order was impractical. I paid over 50 bucks and left the place disappointed. Not recommended

This is the perfect place for those dealing with picky eaters. It's like someone finally listened and put 8 different types of restaurants under one roof, it's like a Food Court Grew Up and Became All It could! You see places like this on TV, but they're always in another country. Service is great, Delivery Available, Rewards Program is a No-Brainer to use. Great Burgers, Detroit Style Pizza, One of the Best Reubens I've ever had, The Birra Beef Tacos are to die for.Give them a try, You'll be glad you did!

This brought back such memories.They also had Nathan's hot dogs and friesMy wife enjoyed her Mac and cheese.So it appears to maybe be 12 restaurants now?The young lady working the counter was also very pleasantI will be back
