Ordered a milk tea drink here with NO ice but the guy making it added ice anyways. When i pointed it out (the drink label clearly said no ice), the guy gave no apology and instead gave us an absurd reason that the tea was too hot and the ice will melt in the end. Truly baffled at his reasoning like what was the whole point of having a no ice option when ice will be added no matter what? Been to other gong cha places and never had this problem. Also very disappointed in the taste of the drinks which the same guy had made. Other than that, the lady there was very nice.

Ordered a honey green tea. While waiting, I saw a bug crawling around the prep area right where they handle everything. Absolutely disgusting. I told them to keep the order and walked out. The staff didn’t seem bothered, which made it worse. I’ve been here before, but this was the last time. Gong Cha needs to take cleanliness seriously.

This does not taste like the original oolong milk tea. It tasted bad. The guy made it with half a cup still left in the shaker cup (that’s not how you make it). I complained to him he says that’s how his boss told him to make it.
They have a lot of different selections, tea 🍵 flavored drinks, and coffee ☕️. I tried the Vietnamese coffee, and it's really good. Also, good customer service.

Ordered peach green tea with mango popping boba. I’ve came here a few times so I expected it to be as good as the other times. Today, the mango popping boba tasted weird and it didn’t want to pop. It felt wrinkly in my mouth and tasted awful once it popped. I called and told the guys that they are serving old boba. They said “the boba is 5 days old and they need to wait til the 6th day to dump it” that is absolutely disgusting. If someone is calling that something is old, it needs to be dumped immediately. Usually foods and such should be thrown out around the 2-3 day mark. Anything 5 to 6 days old is just ridiculous. I won’t be coming back here again. The guys offered me to come back for another drink for free and I am so disgusted to go there. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Cup had a hole on the side which spilled all over my pants. The girl behind the counter wasn't even apologetic. When I asked for water she said "we aren't allowed to give water, only bottler water is for sale." I needed it to clean up, was she on another planet?
The bubble tea isn't that good. Don't waste your money here.

It was my first time trying gong cha and thankfully my last. I asked what they recommend and she said the most popular drink was the bubble tea. So I ordered that and it was disgusting. I asked if I could get something else and she said sure what would you like? I said what’s the seconds most popular drink? She gave it to me and I tried it and it was disgusting again. I mean seriously how do people drink this stuff? When I went back to let her know I didn’t like the 2nd one either she said “then don’t come here”. I asked for a refund and she said no. I checked my card and can you believe she charged me for the 2nd one as well!? I found out she added in a tip after the sale of the first one and charged the exact amount of the drink as a tip. Please take your business elsewhere. Real fruit is also in this mall and it’s amazing. Gong cha? Don’t cha ever come here.
