Good food overall, lots of choices, great desert. Slightly slow service initially (took about 15 mins to get waters) but then it was smooth sailing from there. Slightly expensive for the quality but you do get a lot of food.

Yes, yes, and yes again! They always seem to get it right! Minimal to no wait time, getting seated fairly easily, complimentary bread basket came in no time and our food came out in less than time minutes. As usual, the food is very scrumptious and so filling ! I ended up having lunch for 3 days just from this order alone. I also ordered Chardonnay to compliment the wine; I will definitely be back here again.

Food is delicious! Place is beautiful! Serving size was definitely worth the price I paid for it & our Waiter Will was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and you can tell he loves his job! I highly recommend this place

Amazing selection and pleasant atmosphere. Great cocktail and dessert menu. Main courses are creative, with generous portions. Staff is pleasant, attentive and helpful.

Our first time visiting was nice for our anniversary dinner! Hubby ordered the T-bone steak with Mac n cheese enjoyed it , I had the Salisbury steak with veggies it was good and well seasoned. Also ordered buffalo chicken rolls for starters . Ended it with the beignets awesome fresh and warm ! Happy we chose here being as though the do not take reservations on the weekend we were seated quickly . Don't really like the seating arrangements. The booths are too close and cramped to each other, but will return again soon , the food is worth it

Had 2 recent visits to Grand Lux. Both visits were good. I got the luncheon chicken enchiladas with beans and rice. Really enjoyed that. The beans were a little spicy which is kind unusual. Also had a cappuccino that was delightful. Our waitress was really nice. She recommended the asparagus soup and according to the person who had it it was very good.

Go to place for a great brunch! We love this place for brunch. You don't have to wait for hours in line. The food is really good and there are plenty of options. Plus, you can valet for free.

If you're looking for great hospitality & great customer service GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Let me start off by saying I come here once a week on average, either to dine in or take out. If I dine in at the bar no issue. Picking up take out? A joke. Staff will constantly walk pass you when they see you are waiting and will blatantly ignore you. Instead of saying someone will be with you in a moment, you are treated as if you are a ghost. This is a consistent problem and I always say I'm never going back but this time I mean it. I wasn't serviced until I asked for a manager and upon speaking to the manager the woman didn't seem genuinely apologetic nor did she care. This is the most inconsistent establishment I have ever frequented and I will never dine with them again. Don't waste your time or money

Five star desserts! We only come here for dessert. Brownie sundae and carrot cake are decadent. Coffee is ok. Usually head for the first come first serve high tops. Service is always five stars. Not sure about the food as we only dessert. :-)
