Hong Kong fusion is such a great restaurant. The service is always top-notch. And the food is always great, but the real treat here is the tea. Peter serves a wonderful assortment of ancient tree puerh tea from the mountains of China. This tea is more akin to tasting a wine. It's incredibly complex in flavor and unique in smoothness. Some of the tea trees are 2500 years old! This is a truly special experience that everyone must try!

Hong Kong Fusion has ruined other Chinese restaurants for me. I can't order chicken dishes from Happy Garden or Asian Chef anymore; the chicken from Hong Kong Fusion is consistently cooked to tender perfection. They seem to take more care in the preparation of their food than other places. They also make their own duck sauce and Chinese mustard, included with the fried wontons that come with every meal. Their tea is also good.

My family has been coming here for years, and we always leave very satisfied with the service and meal. Rice cookies, General Tso's chicken, wild pepper beef/chicken/shrimp, duck pizza and boneless ribs are some of my favorite things to eat here, but the food in general is so good and the tea is amazing! Peter and his wife are so friendly and fun to talk to, and I usually end my meal having learned something new about tea, Hong Kong, China or something related. Always a great...
