Ordered in the store. They continued to fill online orders and made us wait 30 minutes for our food as we waited inside. Seems like a in store order might take precedence, but not so. Too bad because food is good.

Everyone that was working was EXTREMELY rude when I came in to pick up an online order. I waited 25 min past the pick up time. One of the girls had eyelash extensions that were falling out near the food prep area. They were letting their frustration out on customers because they were so behind on orders. It was literally like watching a train wreck watching them try to complete one order.

I almost always try my best to leave positive reviews. But I don’t like poor customer service. Food was bland/ok. Tables were dirty. Dude in there looked at me, turned around, and made a joke to his coworker. Then said it to his other coworkers. Talking about “the guy from Pinocchio”. Next time make a joke after the customer leaves not while they’re standing there. And I even had to repeat my order to him twice because he almost made it wrong. I just wanted to try the sandwich but he kind of ruined the experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the sandwich quality and overall taste. It’s not a gourmet or anything, but it’s fresh, tasty, and delivers tons of value in terms of price.
And the 3 gentlemen behind the counter were just so delightful to interact with. Super friendly and great customer service.

Even though the food was great, the best part was the customer service. A gentleman that seemed to be in need came in just to say hello and an employee offered to buy him a meal. We need more people like this in customer service. That act alone has won my loyalty.

Sweetest and most friendly staff! Came in on a Sunday afternoon, all of the ladies working the counter were so cheerful! I have to order gluten-free and I’ve never seen a Jersey Mike’s location make the sub on a tray- loved that and felt so safe

Waited 15 mins to order, waited 20 mins for a sandwich. There were only 2 people in front of me in line. It shouldn't take 35 mins to get over sandwich. They prioritize online orders and ignore a customers who come in person.

Love Jersey Mike's overall but it took awhile to get my order. It was a to go chipotle cheese steak. When I got home, it was just a regular cheese steak so that was a disappointment.
