I don't come for the atmosphere and etc, but for the food. Jjajangmyeon, tang soo yook, and kkang poong ki are what stands out from this place. Eaten at various cities such as manhattan, philly, la, and etc; however this place tops the list for me.

The food was good, but the service was bad. I saw the lady put her hand in other customers food and then serve it to them. It was also very difficult to communicate with her as I thought at one point she asked me to grab the food from the back. I also believe that she wouldn’t let me order what I wanted as I wanted combination tofu soup. We asked for seafood but there was not seafood and tasted heavily of beef flavor. I really hope that the health department comes to evaluate...

So good— what a meal! I’m fairly unfamiliar with Korean food but the lovely woman running the place let me show her some photos from other reviewers on my phone. Flavorful, filling and homemade, this is a must-try.

I’m not sure what all the cold appetizers were that came when we ordered the fried pork dumplings (which were SO GOOD) but there was defitnely kimchi, pickled radish, onion, pickled cucumber, and potatoes that I’m still dreaming about.
