This was not good. We had an automatic tip added to our bill after having bad service and being stared at the entire time. My friend has been there before and they’ve never done that to her. The food was fine but we did NOT receive good service. There was something off from the moment we walked in. Not sure why we were being treated differently but they definitely did not like us. We were sat and drinks came out. A drink spilled on our table and completely covered me in liquid. The staff stood there and stared at us. My boyfriend had to run to the front and ASK for napkins as if they couldn’t see the river on the floor. He then cleaned up 80% of the mess himself. We finally had to ASK them to help clean up because the 3 napkins he was given didn’t suffice. The staff just stood and stared again. The young lady then asked if we would like to switch to a different table. That was the only nice thing they did the whole night. THEN almost 10 dollars was added to our check for an automatic tip that we were not aware of. When we questioned them and asked if we could change the amount he said no it’s automatic. In Pennsylvania you have to tell customers about automatic gratuity before you print the bill. This was a horrible experience all around and I don’t recommend you come here. Maybe just DoorDash it if you really like the food.

My family and I had a bad experience here and won’t be going back to this dump. The waitress we had last night need to be fired. I ordered our food and also ordered from the kids menu which clearly say 10 and younger. My daughter is 10 years old 10-15-14. Our waitress sat there and argued me down that my daughter isn’t 10, she stated that my daughter is 13. This was so offensive my daughter started to tear up because she found it be rude. Secondly my kids weren’t done their soup and salad (ages 10 and 4) she comes over and take it from them. We all know kids eat slow or pick and choose when they are eating. I wouldn’t dare step foot in this place and recommend who ever is visit his reconsider. They clearly don’t want you there, they just want your money. FYI it was at the Hibachi table

Not good. They rushed me to my seat and asked me what beverage the kids and I wanted 2x before I even got my coat off. They stood and stared at us the entire time. The food was bland and way too much sauce on the salmon. The fried noodles was soggy spaghetti. I'll pass on this restaurant. It wasn't worth the visit.

We’ve gone to kabuki a few times and the food is okay however I’ve noticed the few times we’ve went a few things that don’t sit well with me ! I’ve always been taught to leave a generous tip 20 percent and up when we went yesterday I left 30 percent however the servers and the host are very rude , they have attitudes and I’ve witnessed them hassle other customers for tip if they think you didn’t leave one or left to little now they demand the chef gets tipped too (which we usually do in cash) and they aren’t even grateful the lady handed me my receipt back and walked away without a thank you every single time I have gone they have done this to another party and it doesn’t sit well with me the service , the rudeness

We made a reservation for a Christmas work party at 6:30pm on a Friday night and to say we were completely rushed the entire time was an understatement. The food was very good, no complaints at all with that. Where it all changed was with the servers and the way we were completely rushed out of there the entire night. It was actually uncomfortable. There was a point where they were trying to take our plates before we were finished eating, like super early into us eating our meal. Mind you there were opens tables, it was not a busy night and no wait. Unfortunately due to that, I won’t come back to this location.

if you dont care about customer service and just want to eat, then kabuki is the place for you! i hope this helps another customer before dining there
i intended to order nabeyaki udon (a soup dish) but the server was moving too fast and listening too slow so when she repeated back my order to me all i heard was udon, long story short i didnt get my soup udon instead i got yaki udon. they refused to take it off the bill bc “that was what i ordered”
she also slammed each plate down as they came (and this was prior to me saying something about the wrong dish)
so i suggest pointing to your menu item to the server when ordering so that everyone is on the same page, also i went to speak to a manager and that was pointless, the language barrier is hard.
the people on the hibachi side seemed to be happy enjoying their meals, maybe thats where we went wrong!

My first time to eat in this resto. The interior layout is very spacious. However they need to change the brand of their toilet paper. It’s too thin and breaks easily. For Sashimi Regular, the fish was fresh and yummy even the plating is excellent. The lambhorgini roll was also delicious and worth your money. We also loved their salad and their own salad dressing.
