I think we all know this chain. Been fermilyer with the bucket my entire life. This location is not bad. Wait time always seems a bit longer then I expect. But I think walk-ins get delayed by the drive through window. Limited seats so its always to go.

The food is always really good but the service is typically not. Not friendly, it's a LONG wait to be greeted at the drive thru (going inside isn't any better) and they're typically out of several things. If it wasn't for those things, this WOULD be my family's go to chicken spot.

I have been eating Kentucky fried chicken for a long time until about 6 years ago because they just went completely downhill so last night I said to my wife let's give it one more chance and what a mistake I dont know what the meat was they gave me it was supposed to be original recipe chicken but was a pile of greasy skin and chicken meat all fallen apart in a greasy pile it even fell through the bottom of the container which almost made me throw up. Point is we didn't even eat a bite we threw it all away the sides were old and ice cold I am just so disappointed in this KFC I will be calling the corporate offices and I would never do that but this was a total disgrace!!!!!

My experience at the KFC on 38 is atrocious and will NEVER go back.
1. I felt bad for the young cashier (who was doing his best btw) that has to deal with the disgusting people who walk into that place. Rude, disgusting people.
2. I’ve been there 2 times in the last 4 months and they’ve forgotten food in my bag for my mobile orders. The ice machine also has not worked in a very long time.
3. 1 cashier with a line and 3 people in the back seemingly there just to mess up orders and be slow.
Overall terrible experience and will gladly never step foot in there again.

I got a 3 piece today the chicken was dried out and felt like it was reheated 3 times or more the wedges was burnt and hard they also looked like they were reheated a few time I couldn’t take it back cause I was in a rush to get back to work I was so pissed off

I got there around 8:00 PM asked for tender told me I had to wait 30 minutes I then asked for the nugget combo and when I got to the window told me they didnt sell them anymore but it was on the menu... I then asked if they dropped the tenders and said they didnt because they were closing soon but on Google maps it says the close at 10:00 pm

I purchased a four-piece meal. The guy mumbled the order and when they handed me the food, I thought they were giving me some other customers order but no they got the order wrong and charged me $31 they would not give my money back. I didn't even touch the food. The manager said that they don't give any kind of refund, and did I want to leave the food I knew they would never credit. Be careful and make sure you are clear better yet don't go to this KFC in Cherry Hill NJ go to the KFC in Cinnaminson
