I purchased a four-piece meal. The guy mumbled the order and when they handed me the food, I thought they were giving me some other customers order but no they got the order wrong and charged me $31 they would not give my money back. I didn't even touch the food. The manager said that they don't give any kind of refund, and did I want to leave the food I knew they would never credit. Be careful and make sure you are clear better yet don't go to this KFC in Cherry Hill NJ go to the KFC in Cinnaminson

Please don’t go here one of the employees just snatched a bag out of my hand because they handed me the wrong bad and I was reading it I’m currently doing door dash I have to take pics of the receipt I didn’t get a chance to read the receipt and the young boy with the pony tail reached across the counter and snatched my belongings
I should have checked the reviews before ordering from here. Should a fast food order take 1 hour to prepare? Same experience as the other reviews......do yourself a favor and avoid this particular store

We placed a mobile order at 6:22, with the order stating “Ready for pickup” in the app at 6:30. When we arrived, we waited at the front of the store until 6:45 until an employee told us the pot pie hadn’t been started and it would be an additional 25 minutes. We told him we wanted to cancel, which he stated we would be able to do through the app. Because they had incorrectly marked the order ready for pickup, it was uncancelable. We called corporate KFC and relayed the experience to two different staff who were unable to assist. We never received our food.

Terribleee. Went to the drive through they told me to park out front and someone would bring my food out. Was parked outside over 10 minutes! I thought they forgot about me so I went inside and asked for my food the restaurant wasn’t even busy there were like 2 other customers in there. The drive through worker was just standing there texting his life away ?
Chicken was very greasy. They had no extra crispy chicken. It is not the old KFC chicken.

I order a KFC bowl. I swear it came with 4 pieces of chicken and 1 piece was all grizzle. The whole thing just seemed old down to the mashed potatoes I drove 18 mins for. These fast food restaurants hike prices up and give you less value and it's extremely sad.

They've managed to mess our online order 3 times, and this is the last time we order! The 1st time we ordered our meals with mash, they took it upon themselves to substitute fries because they ran out of mash, but didn't let us know. The 2nd time we ordered a six pc original meal but when we got there they had given us a FOUR pc, crunchy and SIX nuggests because they ran out of chicken. This time we placed the order, received a notification that it was ready but this time the entire order was canceled because AGAIN, there's no chicken. It's not like we're ordering last minute or right before closing either. We drive a long way because it's one of the FEW KFC'S that the chicken is actually good. however, what good is that if they're often running out and don't even have curtesy to call and let us know. They wait till we actually get there and on top WE have to go through the trouble of calling to get our money back!!! Horrible customer service, it's no wonder most KFC's have closed! NEVER AGAIN!
