I think we all know this chain. Been fermilyer with the bucket my entire life. This location is not bad. Wait time always seems a bit longer then I expect. But I think walk-ins get delayed by the drive through window. Limited seats so its always to go.

The food is always really good but the service is typically not. Not friendly, it's a LONG wait to be greeted at the drive thru (going inside isn't any better) and they're typically out of several things. If it wasn't for those things, this WOULD be my family's go to chicken spot.

Ordered from the drive-through, bucket of chicken with no sides and a chicken sandwich and was overcharged $15. By the time I realize this I was already 20 minutes from the restaurant. Just feeling very taken advantage of.
