I love Kokoro Ramen! Amazing spot to get ramen this side of Philadelphia—the black garlic ramen is my favorite, tho the curry katsu, spicy ramen, and others are also very good. And they take such care to create an atmosphere of comfortability. I love the little things like the genmaicha as the house tea, the variety of anime they always have playing, and the polaroids lining the walls. This place really fits its own name: kokoro :)

The atmosphere was so warm and chill, and THE STAFF were seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met. They were really friendly/welcoming. As a shy person, I surprisingly grew so comfortable almost immediately. The food was really good too, I wasn't too hungry for a whole meal so I'm glad they had smaller options that still filled me up for a decently good price. The walls are covered with polaroid pictures of customers and the place was just a vibe, I had a great time with my friends. Would definitely come again, especially for the quality/price of the food and staff.

This was hands down the best ramen I've had since moving to Philadelphia a couple months ago from California.Very comparable to the ramen restaurants back in California. On a chilly day, the warm/hot bowl of ramen will heal your soul. The broth was nice and rich. As you see from the photo, they give you multiple pieces of chia shu and a soft boiled egg which is rare these days for a "base" priced ramen. I would 100% recommend to come here on a cold day or if you haven't had ramen before. It is a quick and enjoyable experience. They have a chef stand where you can eat alone if you prefer that, and you can watch the chefs prepare bowls of ramen!! Will be back.

Ambiance ambiance ambiance - an anime ramen lovers dream - had two TVs on both sides of the restaurant (Naruto on one side and One Piece on the other).Came in on a rainy Sunday afternoon and we were seated and helped immediately. And if you save room for desert their mango cheesecake was yummy and refreshing.Love: Tonkatsu broth, the chicken and the pork, the vibes and location... good for a date night or hanging out with friends. Hate: Nothing! I had a GREAT time.Definitely coming back. And added to my list of best places to get ramen on the south side.

i've been to this place a couple times now and i'm super impressed. the service is pretty good and the food is delicious and has lots of texture and flavor (i ordered the tonkatsu rice set, tontaksu ramen, and fried oysters). the interior of this restaurant is also super cute and creative. i would definitely recommend trying this place!

The service was friendly and attentive. We both had the tonkotsu broth ramen and they were very good, particularly their marinated egg. We would say this is up there with ramen we've had in the US, and will definitely be back. They had collectible sailor moon sparkling water cans and seen to have fun promotions like that frequently.

I was recommended Kokoro Ramen by a friend who lives in New Jersey and Kokoro Ramen was worth the trip. This restaurant is a cute casual Japanese ramen restaurant for those who love Japanese matsuri vibes and anime. I started off with ordering a Sailor Moon ocean bombs and yes they had Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Chibi-Moon sodas along with a Dragon Ball Z soda collection. Then I ordered an appetizer of Pork Buns, where the bun was perfectly doughy and crisp. The Takoyaki Balls were delicious with the bonito flakes but I wish the octopus inside was longer. Lastly I had Tonkotsu Ramen which the broth was light yet flavorful. They added a sufficient amount of Chashu (pork), half boiled yoke egg, onions, tamanegi and fungi mushrooms. Kokoro Ramen is a great ramen shop to visit if you're in the Cherry Hill area!

We did delivery. The broth was so good! The pork was cooked well and the gyoza was super tasty! The one negative was because it was delivered the noodles took ver fling to soften. So the send a bowl filled with veggies, meat and noodles. In a separate container they store the broth. We had to warm the broth back up and let the noodles sit for a bit. We will definitely being going into the restaurant to try it there but we probably will not do delivery again.

This is REAL ramen. Freshly made. Always pleasant staff. I am ruined for all other ramen places. Even the bathrooms are impeccable. The owner is a real gem. I told her about a recent trial at making mochi and she was impressed and gave us tips. We LOVE this place!!!

Nice atmosphere with an anime theme, this places looks great and the Pork Tonkatsu Bento box was delicious. My fiancé had the unagi Bento Box and we both destroyed our food. It was tasty. Definitely coming back.

The interior is nice and bright, decorated with photos of their past customers. We ordered appetizers: Seaweed Salad, Chicken Karaage, Takoyaki Balls and Shrimp Shumai. The ramen we ordered was Tonkotsu Ramen and Black Garlic Ramen along with extra noodles. Both ramens were both on the bland side, and really didn't taste that great. We enjoyed the appetizers more than the ramen. They do give a lot of noodles in their portions so the extra noodles were not needed. The service was friendly and attentive. They did ask if we wanted to take a photo, but we declined. Kokoro Ramen is located in a shopping center near a large Asian supermarket with ample parking. 3/5.

Good but not amazing. The takoyaki were pretty good, would recommend but wasn't impressed with their ramen which I was excited for looking at their reviews. My bf likes his Hiyashi Chuka ramen (cold ramen) though! The decorations inside were pretty nice though, and service was good! The place is in a shopping complex with A Kung fu tea and Asian grocery market which is convenient if you need some bbt or to pick up groceries

My boyfriend and I went shopping at the Asian grocery store next store before coming here for dinner because I didn't want to cook. We came here around 5pm on a Sunday and it was pretty much empty except for a table of 2. We ordered the chicken kaarage for appetizer, tonkotsu ramen, and black garlic ramen. I liked the broth for the black garlic ramen more because you can taste that broth is stronger in term of taste cause of the garlic, but I wish it was a bit more garlicy. The chicken kaarage was lightly battered, so pretty standard nothing outstanding. The tonkotsu ramen was OK, probably not the best I've ever had. Their pork(charsiu) doesn't have that fridge/long overdue/expired pork taste so that was really good. Overall, it's just another average ramen place if you don't feel like cooking after grocery shopping.

Please open a store in the philadelphia suburbs! This spot has consistently good ramen and the crepe dessert cakes are tasty. The rice burgers are good as well. The only negative would be that service can be a bit slow if in the private rooms, but it is worth it to eat this ramen.

This ramen is the best in the area! The owner and staff are so nice, they’re always great to say hi to and have a great time. The food is delicious, the ambience is nice, and it’s an amazing time every single time I come. Have I mentioned the food is the best?
