The customer service has gone down soooooooo bad since the older gentleman that was behind bar left. I can’t believe my eyes honestly. This is my favorite go to spot by myself around lunch time for a quick bite and drink never never ever had complainants. NOW!? Repeatedly I come here and the bartenders are NEVER nowhere to be found!!! Taking tables (can’t even handle their bar flow) taking forever to come back to the bar taking forever to come out and greet customers CLEARLY CANT MULTITASK AND NOT PROPERLY TRAINED in steps of SERVICE. I can’t believe even the managers don’t jump in to help if they’re in the weeds and customers are just sitting. How does a manager let money sit or walk out the door! That’s a first for me. Here we are again today 3/14 @1:06 me and 2 others sitting at the bar lost on where the bartender is. They say they been sitting for 30 mins I been sitting for almost 10 smh. I’m leaving now wont come back to this location that’s enough chances

We ordered the fried onion appetizer, the flos filet with a Parmesan crust (x2) and the chocolate stampede for desert. Everything was delicious. Longhorn has always had my favorite steak compared to their competitors and this time was no different- perfect seasonings, perfect medium rare cook, absolutely perfect! Don’t even get me started on the chocolate stampede, it was beyond delicious and more than enough to split between 2 people… honestly it could be split between more than two and for the price that’s wonderful!

This place fell off. I previously left a 5 star review. This time, No bread was given, we had to ask for it and got it about 20 minutes later. We were given our appetizers with no appetizer plates. When we asked for plates, it took 10 minutes to get them. My mom ordered medium rare, her steak was well done. My man and youngest son ordered 9 piece chicken tenders, they got the 6 piece option. I ordered a loaded baked potato, it had no butter or sour cream on it but it did have cheese and bacon. I simply used the butter from the bread on the potato because our server was nowhere to be found. The Brussels sprouts were burnt to a crisp and inedible. Took forever for refills to the point that we had to start sharing drinks because everyone was thirsty. Stingy on to-go boxes, expecting me to fit a half rack of ribs and a potato into the tiniest little box. When I asked for a larger one, the server brings out two small ones, even though she gave larger ones to another table 🤦🏻♀️ I didn’t bother to complain about this terrible experience because it was my oldest son’s birthday and they got his food correct so I didn’t want to ruin his night, but I just know I won’t be back here.

My wife and I have been eating here, in the restaurant, for a few years. It's good. My wife thinks it's better than Outback, but personally I'm not so sure of that. They're both good. Yesterday at Longhorn for the first time we ordered dinner to pick up, and we ate at home. The pick-up experience was great-- the employee came out to my car precisely on time. The food was packaged very nicely in containers. The quality of the food was excellent and we're still raving about it the next day. She is raving about the sweet potato more than anything. She didn't want it piled up with surar, cinnamon, etc ... just butter ... and it was perfect. And I loved the mashed potatoes. Longhorn's takeout system works very well and the food is great. Kudos to this restaurant.

ordered a half a rack of ribs , they shrunk and when I questioned the server , she said everything shrunk , even the plates .. so expect less .
