person taking the order was not very professional. The person giving the food to the drivers may have done something that ia not allowed by giving us food they took back from the car in front of us. We know this because there were loose fries and ketchup packs and a straw in there when we ordered double cheeseburgers. The car in front of us got a fry (that was not even in a bag). Our sandwiches were cold.
