I'm convinced the people who work here are not too bright. Put in an online order and get there and they claim they never got it, even after showing them my phone. Was then instructed to park in a certain spot and that they would bring it out to me. 25 minutes later I had to go inside to figure out what was going on. Never again

McDonald’s has managed to make ordering even less personal with their new kiosk system. It’s a young man’s sport as well as deserving of a knowledge of technology to order. It’s no longer an order, pay, enjoy experience anymore, but an advanced DIY system now. It’s more confusing than just talking to a cashier.
As for the food… it’s McDonald’s, so expectations are already low, but it’s still shocking how little nutritional value you get for the calories. Greasy, overly processed, and 9/10ths of time time you leave feeling worse than when you walked in. If convenience was their selling point, they’ve officially lost it.
Lastly, the prices are deadly to even think of. Sure they have a new rewards system, but it’s only enough to bring you back. Plus, you need to have the McDonald’s app to be able to receive reward points & specialized savings.
I understand the economy is poor nowadays, but McDonald’s has gone through the ringer in charging way more than they need

Asked for no onions not only did they put onions on the burger it was hidden between the patties (not usually where it is ) and like a hand full of onions that’s intentional and not cool for me now I had to drive back to McDonald pissed like besides myself got my money back kinda sucks cu I been going there for years and now I’m fully turned off when I even think of going there
