Ordered my food to stay and she bagged my food to go. I asked for ketchup for two burgers and a large fries the girl handed me ONE packet She asking didn’t tell me they were out of apple slices when I clearly asked for apple slices.

This is one of the apparently less fortunate McDonald’s when it comes to employee quality.
Every time I come here the fries are seemingly over cooked (decently browned rather than golden yellow) so either they don’t know how to pick up the fryer basket when the machine blares at you or they don’t change their fryer oil frequently enough same goes for the nuggets
Today i asked the woman could I have “different fries” (after the ones I got were clearly over cooked) “ones that don’t appear burnt”
They threw the fries BACK into the vat and gave me fries FROM THE SAME BATCH
There’s always a wait here even when mobile ordering ahead
The first kiosk when you walk thru the door has been out of receipt paper my last 3-4x here
At least the lobby/dining area is pretty clean whenever I come

Every time I go through the drive through I get greeted by Victoria. She is friendly has great customer service. She greets and ask is that all with out rushing me through my order. She's always kind and very professional. That brings me back every time. Thank you Victoria and Team!!!
