Great service, donuts and love their matcha!

dont go towards the end of the night. Donuts have been sitting out all day and are hard as rock. When asked for a fresh batch we were told it couldnt be made. Then asked for an ube bubble tea and it is almost white instead of purple. Very disappointed as this is one of the only places around that has UBE instead of Taro.

I love Mochinut ! The manager is so sweet and knowledgeable about the different options and helped us with some recommendations to try out for our first time. My favorite would have to be the tai milk tea and the brown sugar flavors. The donuts are so good and fresh … my kids and husband love it. Definitely would be trying this again.

Wasn't too happy with my visit picked up a DoorDash and placed a quick order as well The employee was not listening at all was too busy in her phone So much so as she didn't hear what I was saying but just assumed. I wasn't a fan of her attitude at all.

This place sucks!! Opens at 11 go at 11:30, no boba ready!!! Didn’t have my favorite donut either. This place blows don’t recommend:( cashier was also rude.

I really wanted to like this place — the food tasted good, and the corn dogs and donuts were fresh.
However, the cleanliness of the store was a serious issue. The tables were so dirty I couldn’t sit down. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and overall the entire shop felt neglected.
I actually started to question whether it was safe to eat here. I ended up eating only because the food itself looked cleaner than the surroundings.
Also, the price for the donuts felt overpriced for what you get.

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt this review was necessary as it could prevent someone from getting sick. This place is not the cleanest. The ice used for drinks was being served from a small cooler, which raised immediate concerns. I ordered a matcha and shortly after drinking it, I immediately felt sick. I would not recommend this place as there are better places to go for matcha.

If I could give zero stars, I would, I came to This location for my second time, hoping they would have the Korean corn dogs, which they didn’t have the first time I went. this time went earlier in the day, hoping that would help us, but to our reveal they were also out of corn dogs again very disappointed.8 can only get there so early in the day I have a job. I drove over 20 minutes to come to this location twice just to be saddened and funny thing the people behind us also walked out right after us because there was no Korean corn dogs. If you can’t supply your menu for the whole time you’re open then just take the thing off the menu in whole.

Awesome experience here! I got the chocolate donut and cookies & cream mochinut ball with Thai tea. My nephew got the rice dog in original and whole mozzarella with coffee boba milk tea.

Customer service and food was a 10/10 - would recommend. The shop was clean and spacious. This was our first time here and the cashier was very helpful and patient with us as we navigated through the menu. I'll definitely be coming back here!

what an amazing experience! by far the cleanest and welcoming mochinut i’ve been to. the young lady who made the donuts was super kind and friendly. donuts were delicious. 😋

I got the half and half potato corn dog and a cookies and cream donut and it was all SO delicious!!! The service was helpful when I asked questions about what ingredients and allergens were in the food, the store was clean, and I had an overall great experience! I love the product and look forward to going back to try more of what they have!

The worker was so rude when we walked in. I asked her a question and she rudely responded with an attitude that she didn’t know what I meant even though the question was simple: is there cheese in the potato dog? She made me feel small I will NEVER be coming here. I mean never.
