Let me first say that I love Mod Pizza. This review is for this location. The folks working here are extremely slow and uninterested . It took them good 40 mins to make a pizza with only 2 people in front of us. The restaurant itself is unkept. They didn’t even have tissues. We had to ask them for tissues.

First time going here and I must say I was surprised at the customer service the quality of food the ambiance.Always pass this place but never actually went in until my daughter convinced me, and I must say I highly recommend. From the entrance the staff was pleasant, and helpful. The pizza was excellent. They have different kinds of juices which were yummy. Overall I can't stress how amazing my experience and my daughter's experience. Definitely will be back?We even mentioned to the manager how impressed we are with not only his workers but the quality of food. Bathrooms were pretty decent tables were wiped off. You guys deserve a A in my book.

I ordered on the MOD pizza app and picked up my order. However, the order was not ready when I arrived. It seemed that the ticket, while processed, was not made.That being said, the staff apologized and made the order on the spot. While I did have to wait another 15 minutes, I did not mind.

The pizza was overcooked, the dough was chewy and the cheese (what little of it there was) was burnt. The service was okay, the employees were not super friendly but not rude. The parking lot was dark and the inside somber. I've been to Mod Pizzas in the past and had good experiences, but this one was disappointing.

I’ve been a regular at MOD for several years now but after today I will not be returning. I want to start off by saying I waited over 15 just for my order to be taken and no one was even in the store. The guy that took my order was a black dude with a fro and glasses, who seemed to be nonchalant, rude and arrogant. I told him my order and he seem disturbed or irritated I don’t understand if you don’t like your job quit. I understand MOD hires felons and people with criminal backgrounds but that comes with many issues. That’s Besides the point, I asked the gentleman to NOT burn my pizza as I’ve order serval times that month and my cauliflower Crust pizza was charred and burnt I didn’t complain I just broke off the burned part and ate it. So this visit I made sure that they didn’t burn my pizza the dude laughed and made a comment “not well done” when I get home I bit into my pizza and it was mushy and disgusting Also as if they added water or something on top of my pizza not sure if he added something to my pizza out of malice but I got really sick, non stop trips to the bathroom & ER. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint!!!

The pizza delivery was late and the pizza was cold. When I tried to call the restaurant and complained they didn't accept it and argued with me.Any way, the pie is extra small for the money spent. Not worth it!

It's probably more corporate policy than it is them even though at other locations I have gotten better results when asking for extra of certain toppings. It's not like I want a ton of anything but 10 tiny sausages mostly only located on three slices defeats the purposes so I ask for extra hoping to get better distribution. I tip so if it cost more I would pay the extra but there is no option and you pretty much just have to settle for some parts with toppings and some parts without.
