was my favorite place to come for tacos every tuesday but ever since this new girl started that's short. the one that didn't get the teaching job (wonder why ) is the worst service provider i have ever experienced and is making me stop coming to the deli. she talks and stops working to have conversations. if i place an order she will service people who came in after me and start making their food and finish their order before stopping mine. she's incredibly rude and touches my hand every time she hands me the box because i ask her to do her job and she just has to say thanks for your patience. i feel like she needs to be trained to let go. it's a simple food service job. handle the customers and orders in the priority of how people arrive. not based on chit chat and personal relationships. also it takes her forever to great you when you come in because of course she's yapping and i always have to get her attention. she clearly cannot talk and work at the same time. and she completely stops working to talk to people. i come here on break for work. her slow and bad customer service makes me rush. please do something about this employee because her work ethic is horrible and unprofessional and a terrible representation of the company

I eat here or the philly location atleast 4 times a week .so.im phucking pissed when I have to have a 10 min conversation on a simple order.kale ceaser split between 3 taco/ wraps ..like how hard is that...and she is going back and forth with me about" building your own " and " 5 item"What!! JUST A PHUCKING KALE CEASER WITH 3 WHEAT WRAPS JEEZ!!!!!! People come for convenience not to be misunderstood from a simple request. I just ordered a pink lady just to have something smh the worst experience I've had here makes me just want to go to greens & grains... the beautiful woman with the locs I'm sure is a nice lady ..but it was a simple order

I've had two different meals here so far, and both were very good. I guess my only semi-gripe would be wanting more sauce. The staff that was present at both visits have been amazing, as well. Vegan and gluten-free, friendly to the max.

What a welcoming, friendly, delightful place with completely affordable organic, veg food. I had the vegan buffalo cauliflower tacos and they were DELICIOUS. The vegan crema and buffalo sauce were so creamy! The 3 tacos were flavorful and gigantic and less than $10! I also had a stunningly delicious fresh juice that we customized on the spot. Seriously, it was so wonderful to have high-quality, fresh, organic, healthy vegan food at a price that many people could afford. Go Naked Lunch, GO!
