The service was great & the prices are fair.
I got a matcha and it tasted bitter and watery. They were kind enough to remake it and it tasted a little better but not enough to finish it.
Hopefully this review will help to improve their recipe.

Came in to order some drinks. Dude said we can't do the espresso cause we closing in 8 mins. 2 people behind counter, no other clients. Just lazy smh... hope some manager rwads this and hold these employees accountable. 7/20 @ 5:52pm
Coffee is too Maxwell House. Vegan double chocolate crunch bars were solid though.

It’s okay for grabbing a quick coffee—the coffee was good. However, the prices are high, and the service and seating area are below expectations. No one seems to take care of the coffee shop tables.

I went to get a cup of coffee which I do at least once a week from this place . This morning my cards didn’t work for some reason which can happen. The problem is the cashier’s attitude . I said , you can take coffee back and her reply was “Thanks, Bye !” Horrible customer service! You can be in a bad mood which is OK but you are at work to serve and getting paid.By the way I was able to use my card 5 mins later at Star Park .

No mall employee discounts. Everything is crazy expensive.
When you need to pamper yourself, start here. Just had an amazing chocolate croissant and vanilla latte. It was bliss and really fast!
Parking: It's at Nordstrom Cherry Hill Mall so parking is great.

Consistently a sweet spot for good coffee and a quick bite. I wish a certain mega coffee chain could replicate the vibe and quality that Nordstrom’s has delivered the last 6ish years.
This team has been amazing since the first time I went there 6 years ago. Always ready and willing to help, moves the line quickly, stocked in everything you want, and remember you every time. Even after I moved, can’t wait to go back
Their iced coffee is the BEST and is always complimented by extremely friendly staff. Always a great experience.
The lemon chicken pasta salad and the tropical iced tea are my favorite... So refreshing! Everything is fresh and super delicious! Plus, everyone is always super pleasant.
